If you love meat, fish, chicken or grilled veg then this grill is a MUST HAVE. It is amazing. It's a bit small, but totally worth it. Small for me means I can fit 4 New Your strip steaks/ 2 porterhouse. I needed another for the whole family dinner- there's 12 of us. Soooo..... I bought another one. Yep you heard me. I just bought my second Otto Wilde. Steak is juicy with a beautiful crust. Delicious. Chicken with the skin on is divine. Salmon is amazing. I'm a huge griller/BBqer. I love this Grill. I might need a 3rd!

German engineered grilling

An awesome addition to any outdoor grilling enthusiast arsenal.

Plus: Streakhouse quality cooks. Easy set up and intuitive to use. Based on my first use, it seems like the grill is well built. Clean up wasn't difficult.

Minus: A capital investment that will take quite some time to recoup (25 steakhouse visits). Obvious (but worth mentioning) 1500 degrees poses a risk children (or adults acting like children)

Note: I've only had time to cook on it once but as the video shows it performs as advertised.

The unit was in perfect condition when it arrived here in South Africa. I just had my first steak this evening and it was better than any of my many previous attempts to get the perfect steak. Super simple - a matured rib eye, salt and pepper, 3 mins for the unit to warm up and 3 mind for the steak. These guys have perfected a tool to make the perfect steak!

This grill is soooooo awesome! My husband grills hamburgers and they taste just like a restaurant, we could never make a burger taste as good as the ones we ate out and now all I want is his burgers! Steaks, chops, chicken, carne asada. I'm so happy with this grill i highly recommend it. Sears fast, heats up fast

This is the only way to get that perfect sear. Should have purchased one long ago as I have tried everything on my other grills and nothing comes close. Yes, it is expensive but if you want to do it right, this is the only way to go. Very high quality equipment.

this is a flat out game changer. it makes incredible steaks and even better fish. the heat just brings out a different flavor. once you get one of these, there is no going back.

having the heat from above is FAR better. no fat or juice drips into it and makes for easy cleaning. do be a bit careful with the grill. it gets insanely hot and melted a glove you can literally dip in 500 degree oil.

bottom line: you gotta have this. it's the only grill i use anymore.
