①First ，remove the Carmen rubber sleeve and place it in the corresponding position of the traction frame. (To prevent the door from being scratched by the metal position. )
② Clamp the traction rack on the door leaf;
③ Let Patients sit on the chair ,put the cervical vertebra traction belt hung on the bracket of the traction belt.( Make sure the front and the back parts are placed in the jaw and the back part.）
④ Tension the rope gradually and adjust the position of the patient. Continuely pull the tow rope and turn the ratchet wheel until the patient feels comfortable.
⑤ Stop traction, pull back valve.When traction rope slowly released, remove the cervical traction belt can.
⑥ Traction time: about 30 minutes or follow the doctor's advice.

I bought this a few mos ago because of the reviews, and my husband was having serious neck pain. He had a c-spine fusion a few years ago, and had slept wrong. But, he hasn't needed it until now. He has used it twice, and reports that it is better than when he went to PT in the past. Great product! And about the person that said it fell on his head--it needs to be tightened very well to the top of the door, and it will work fine!

Note: Use a chair to get the maximum benefits!

Recieved my unit yesterday, set it up carefully and now have a large cut on the top of my head. The green cord connecting the brace to the door-mount broke, sending the metal harness brace into my head.

This unit is porely built and dangerous. Now my neck AND head hurts.

This device has helped enormously with my frequent moderate headaches and neck pain. I have not needed to see a chiropractor since I started using it. There are two less-than-ideal aspects to the device, however: it is a bit tricky to set up, since the instructions are in Chinese - but the illustration allows for it to be set up without English translation; also, once installed, the head-support piece can only rise to a height that provides traction to people about 5 feet tall or less. The rest of us have to squat in order to get the benefit. Worth the inconvenience.

I absolutely love this gadget and I wish I would have invented it! My only complaint it's the green twine that does the pulling, has started to unravel after only 3 uses. I hope I can easily replace the twine.

Other than that, it's amazing! I had no idea that it used a ratchet to hold the tension.

Some relief, but poor construction...

I dislike the product, you cannot close the door with the product installed it is not flat at the top. While it did provide pain some relief, I could feel elongation of my spine, it also broke during my fifth use. The nylon rope that attaches to the head harness snapped and caused the metal frame to hit me in the head. It gave me a minor cut on my scalp.

The whole thing was written in Chinese! EVERYTHING was in Chinese. Really bad buy. The REALLY sad thing is I probably won't get a full refund.

When I used it for the first time, I took it for a long time to put things in. I didn't use it very much for the first time. It seems that I have to adapt to this thing slowly. I hope that my neck pain will be better after a long time.

The entire box, packaging, and instructions were all written in an Asian/Chinese type writing. The product looked used and worn. I will stay with my tried and true over the door cervical traction with the water bag that I have used for 15 years.
