Best sacks for sack racing bar none

Item arrived really quickly. They do smell a bit like plastic, but they are WAY, WAY less odiferous compared to their burlap counterparts. They are also smooth to the touch...burlap is pretty rough and scratchy and, as others have mentioned, tend to shed the first few times they are used. No such problems with these. They fit "plus sized adults" (I'm 5'1" and 210 lbs) and I have plenty of room in the sack. Little kids simply roll the edges down to fit them better. I introduced sack races to a church kids group (field games after children's Mass) and it was a MASSIVE hit. Out of 14 kids only 2 had ever actually seen sack races or participated in them, but all were curious and wanted to participate. After sack races we used the sacks for 3 legged races. Just insert one leg into the bag (two persons per team). The kids, ages 6-14 were shocked at how much cooperation and communication is required to win during a 3 legged race. I can see these sacks being excellent for sliding down slides or....in my house, sliding down carpeted stairs. Really, really worth the purchase.

I wanted to make sure i made the right purchase. I read the other reviews and I must say the other raters were absolutely right. These grown men used it without worry abiut whether it was going to break or not. It is a def for thr next party!

The braided nylon sacks worked perfectly and we will use them again at the next birthday party. Everyone had a good time using them. I've added a picture of my son-in-law with my granddaughter cheating in the sack race.

Sturdy potato sacks

I purchased these for my daughter's backyard party. It was a Kids vs. Parents event. It was a great buy for us. We all had so much fun with these potato sacks. The bags are still in perfect condition after being used by over 30 people including adults. I loved that the seller sent me the rules and the different games that could be played with the sacks. I highly recommend these potato sacks for anyone considering this purchase.

Took this on a family camping trip. OMG it was so much fun. The whole family had races. They are extremely durable, I'm a 250 pound dinosaur and I hop my but around these for hours not a single tear. I'm impressed. Great price and well worth 5 star which I dont do often.

Outstanding. Held up through a 4th grade (3 classes) play day race and will be ready for next year as well. No chemical smell as with some of the burlap ones. Could be rolled down to fit the shorter kids and full size for the big kids. Good product and excellent price. If it held up with the kids use, as it did, I highly recommend this.

The bags were purchased for an adult field day event and, even with some seriously hard usage, not one bag broke or tore! They were a little snug for the larger adults, but worked great and would absolutely buy them again!

These sack race bags were a hit! We had kids ages 3-8 playing but I'm sure a full grown adult would fit it one as well! The bags were thin enough for a little one to easily hold as they hopped, not hard or bulky. Very good quality. They did two races total and not a single sack tore. Kids loved this!
