Unlike traditional baseplates, Brik Tiles can be attached next to each other directly (without the need for gaps or spacers). Won't stick to the wall

The sticking to the wall part is where this product fails, and if you are like me that is why you are interested in this product. I read the mixed reviews and decided to give it a shot. It The boards have a foam backing that has adhesive on it. Getting them to stick isn't a matter of cleaning the walls (which I did!). The problem is the boards aren't completely flat, so unless you are going to stand at the wall and hold the boards completely flush against the wall for hours and hours, the centers keep popping out and don't get a good adhesion. It didn't take long for the boards to just fall off (like twenty minutes). After they fell off a time or two, there was no way of getting them to stick at that point.

The boards themselves are fine. So I am now mounting the four boards onto a piece of particle board using liquid nails and will be hanging that from the wall. Given that a 10x10 Lego base is about $12, buying four for $44 isn't a deal. Just buy the Lego plates.

I bought this for my sons room! which was freshly painted matt wall, we haven't even been at our new house two months and three of them have fallen off, he hasn't played with It to much I think cause he likes being able to walk around with lego creations. so that's another reason they shouldn't be falling off yet. im very disappointed in it! also the item that comes with it to help take off the legos is super pointed , yes the paper says to be careful but for an item that is meant for children , its def not something I want to leave my child with.

Great product! I've been using my BRIK tiles for a while now and they work as advertised. I have relocated the tiles several times for new designs or to mount in a different room and so far so good! The best part though is the designer tool they have on their website. You can use any image you want and scale it in order to trace out what colors you would need where. It also counts them all up so you know exactly what you need, and you can print those as a map to make sure you get it just right on the tile. Awesome way to keep my childhood memories alive while decorating my apartment! :)

I was fortunate enough to be a backer through Kickstarter for this product.

I love it, my kids love it. We put the tiles on the wall above our lego building table. These work with regular lego as well.

Support from the Brik company is superb.

I'm a kickstarter backer for these, so I've been using Brik tiles for awhile now. They work great! I love using their website to make my own designs and placing them on the wall. Whenever I get bored of a design, I can easily come up with a new idea and build it. There's so much you can do with them, and since they're on the wall, they don't take up a lot of room!

Not worth the money. Followed the directions for install, only to have two of the four fall off the wall the first time my child interacted with the Briks.
