Good fit but definitely not 100% block out. This is at 7am no direct light and lots of light still comes through. Maybe we need to buy more than one and put them on top of one another.

Perfect size and just what we needed to keep the light out in our bedroom trailer door. We love the morning sunshine but not until we're ready for it! 🌞 This is simple and much easier than trying to hang a towel over the window. A plus is that it keeps heat out as well.

Heat from sun vs. Adhesive = not good combo

Considering this is too block out the sun....I put it on my RV shower skylight.... not an exact fit with placement of hook and loop, looks terrible when you take it down, those pieces are not very neat because it is next to impossible to make neat. And.... after I put it up, an hour later it fell off. The adhesive gets hot. All that reflective material and the sun, and it fell right off. I pushed back on, and kept repeating this for hours, so it would not fall again. It hasn't yet, but everytime I go in there, I push on them again and again.

Hoping they stay. If not, I will try the 3M command strips to hold them on. Thinking snaps might be the sure fix. Sorry for the long review, it's been that exhausting. But price was fair so I will work at it.

Just a Little Small

For my personal application, a 2011 Mercedes Sprinter Coachmen Prism RV this is a little small. The overall size is larger than the entry door window, but when mounting it with the included velcro it needs to be just a bit larger. Still works to keep out the sun and keep people from seeing inside at night, especially if I keep my screen door closed to the main door.

I am using the Sun Shield Reflective Door Window Cover in my bathroom to cover the skylight over the tub/shower. This skylight lets in a lot of light, more importantly, a lot of heat. Since the skylight measures almost the same as the door window, I bought the window cover and placed it over the skylight.

After installation, the impact on light entering the bathroom was immediate and huge. Bathroom is dark with the cover attached. Can tell about keeping heat out. We haven't used the trailer yet with hot weather. Will find that out during early September football games. It's usually very hot then. I believe it will do a great job keeping out the heat as well.

Put them in when its cool and they will stay but if you put them in when its warm they won't. They really work to keep it cool inside the camper. They fit my sun lights perfect. Easy to install. Glad I purchased them.
