NOT SMALL KID SIZE

I gave it 4 stars because I ordered it, stating it is for ages 7-10 yrs....and when it got here... it is a NORMAL ADULT sized tie. Now my husband knows how to tie some fancy knots that will use up more length of the tie, but keep in mind it is a normal tie.

The quality is nice, was stitched well and is a perfect match for a gryffindor uniform (our daughter is using it for her Hermione costume). We do like it and can make it work.

This is a nice quality tie and seems very well made. I only gave four stars because it was advertised as a child sized tie but is adult size (only a problem since I bought it for my two-year-old to wear for Halloween).

Given some of the junk I've purchased for Halloween costume accessories over the years, I was pleasantly surprised as to the quality of this tie for the price. The colors were perfect for a Gryffindor and it looked just like the ties from the HP films. My 9yo son wore it 4 separate times over the course of the "Halloween season" and it held up perfectly. I'm so pleased with it (and my son is such a Harry Potter fan) that I'm even considering having him wear it to a wedding we have coming up in a few months. Highly recommended.

We are a Harry Potter family and we also like to dress up. When visiting Universal Studios this summer, one of my sons wanted this tie but the price was ridiculous. This is a great costume quality and at a much more reasonable price. It ties and hangs nicely while looking great. He is thrilled with this last piece of his costume.

I got this for my upcoming trip to Universal Studios. I've tried it on and it looks and fits nicely. It's very well-made and very clearly made to resemble the colors of Gryffindor. I can't wait to wear it in a few days as I enjoy Hogsmeade and Diagon Alley.

Our daughter used it as part of a Hermione Granger costume on Halloween, and it worked very well for that purpose. It could be used as a regular tie, but I think it works best as part of a Harry Potter themed costume since it feels a little cheap to be more than that.

The tie is nice but once I started trying it actually tie it, the thread in the back came out. I'm a seamstress so, it wasn't too much trouble to fix. Still, I don't like to have to fix something I just bought. Other than that the tie is great! Just not enough for a 5 star.
