I almost returned these the day I bought them because they hurt so much to lay on. Turns out, it's not the product, it was my back! I eased in to these by using a small travel pillow to cushion it the first few times but these provide SO much relief on their own. My back is feeling so much better and when it's a little sore or just needs a good "massage", I just roll on these and feel 10x better instantly. LOVE these plexus wheels and 10000000% recommend them to ANYONE looking for a little relief.

I have tried the larger wheel and it's pretty painful. I would say it does stretch my back and I do feel a little better afterward, but it's not a significant or lasting benefit.

My real complaint is that I have never used the small wheel, it was just sitting on my counter, and the padding is starting to separate. This is 34 days after I purchased it, which is 4 days past the return date, of course.

I would not recommend buying these.

These things are great! I love rolling out my back after a long day of work, sitting at a desk.

Usually I use one at a time and that works great, but using all three at once is pretty darn nice too!

The build quality is superb and these wheels feel really solid. They seem a bit expensive for what they are, but the look/feel/quality is definitely there.
