bulbs are poor quality and defective

Update:

Now 6 months later all 24 bulbs have died and flickered until they died out. I had to replace the same bulbs ever 1 to 2 weeks. The average life of these bulbs is about 7 days before flickering and about 13 days before completely dying all together .

Every single bulb from this pack that we have used so far has started to flicker and then die within 2 weeks. So we replaced them with the others still in the pack and the same thing happened. I have over 14 bulbs now that have all flickered rapidly and then just die within a couple weeks. Some of the lights get hardly any use at all. For $70 I'm pretty upset about the poor quality every single bulb being bad is not acceptable!!!! I think these reviews cannot be real or were based off an origional product. Guess were out $70 .

Great Bulbs for the price!

First of all I want to say that this is not a fake review. I think the price for these bulbs are great compared to the brands sold in stores. I'm not having a problem at all with them blowing out. This is my second box, we have a lot of lights in our ceiling, it's a lodge. I am replacing all the old ones that are different brand that have blown. They are also all on dimmer switches, if you don't have this feature it could be the reason for the bad reviews and the problems that people are having. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because of the popping noise they make when turning them on or off. I guess it's them heating up or cooling down that causes this.

Just like the other reviewers have said, there are a few light bulbs that would pop. What's more disturbing, I would go to bed and still hear popping noises even though all the lights have been turned off. I wouldn't have bought these if there was a better pricing option. I should have ordered the ones from Costco. It would have been twice the price but wouldn't have the loud popping noise. I wouldn't get these again.

I installed these thoughout a new house. Installed a dimmer on each circuit. These are very bright at full brightness. The dimmer allows one to cut them back and create mood lighting. I especially love these on my back fireplace patio. Can dim down to almost candlelight. Leaving them on for hours and still are not hot to the touch. Should save me a nice handful of cash at the end of the year. Another place I used these was the outside security lights. Softer light and really cheap to burn all night if needed. Compare to box stores these are a bargain.

When the lights are on 100% they are more yellow and bring a nice color to my kitchen

These lights work perfectly with my Lutron slider dimmer and are very bright. My only complaint is that the 3000k bulbs seem to be too blue when dimmed. When the lights are on 100% they are more yellow and bring a nice color to my kitchen. When they are at a low setting them seem too blue. I recommend these bulbs to anyone looking for dimmable LED flood lights but be cautious of your color selection in regards to how bright you will want them the majority of the time. For our living room I plan on buying the same package but in the 2700k color so they are more yellow at a lower setting. They don't flicker at all either so there's a huge plus. 100% recommend these bulbs!

We were told 3000 kelvin led bulbs would best accent our new white kitchen. We were able to get the bulbs on amazon for 1/4 of the price of a lighting website. All 24 work and are installed throughout our home for a week and look great. The light is soft white without yellow and easier on the eyes than the bright white. I have a Lutron dimmer in my kitchen and the bulbs fully dim unlike what other reviewers posted. If there is a problem with longevity I'll post an update but we are happy with the purchase so far.

These bulbs are fantastic! We recently moved into a home with dozens of lights and nearly all of them were still incandescent and needed to be replaced for better efficiency. Two 24 packs of these bulbs were just what the doctor ordered. Not a bad bulb in either of the packs. The bulbs produce a soft white light that is very easy on the eyes. Would buy again and recommend to others!

UPDATED 10/14: Sunco quickly sent me replacement bulbs for the ones that had burned out. Their customer service is 5 star. I will update the review to a higher star rating assuming these last longer. Thank you Sunco for the quick replacement though.

ORIGINAL: I purchased these in August 2018. I have now had 6 of them burn out already. That is much less than the 25,000 hours that they are supposed to last. They have lasted no longer than standard incandescent lights that I had in before. The brightness is great and the color is what we wanted. They just don't last.

Flicker a lot

What many people say - I bought a box of these 10 months ago, and decided to just replace all of the incandescent bulbs in our kitchen with these. We don't have a dimmer or any circuit issues which are normally cited for correctable flickering. These flicker every few minutes, and quite annoying. I'm almost hoping they start burning out like others have mentioned, so that I can replace.

These are functional and do the job. A number of them, not all, but I'd say 1/3 to 1/2 of them give off some alarming pops when first turned on. Once they've been on a minute or two the pops go away and don't come back when the light is turned off and on again, but turning on the lights from cold frequently result in pops.
