Well I received it today on time Thank you very much so I'll give it five stars for today and take it from there, it takes a few weeks to get results I don't have pests right now,but it's good to be safe than sorry thanks hope it works. I will update if needed. Not to worry if you order this just pull up the product you ordered right here on amazon and the instructions are right there about all the functions and all the bugs it covers just so other buyers know. Also know this makes it impossible to use second outlet on the plug do to shape & size. I have enough other outlets so just letting others know.

I did NOT have bugs when I got the device but I got it as a precautionary measure. I moved into a brand new built apartment building. So far I have not seen any bugs except a few ants and a couple spiders. IDK if it is the device or not.

I have 2 setup, one in laundry room (set to medium) and one in the garage set it to high level. I have not seen any mice. The Sound is very annoying If u set it to high level

I don't know if it is this item or not but after getting this we have not had anything crawling around in our 20x13 living room. If it is this item, Great. We have it for almost a year and it is working everyday.

I should have known better, at the time of purchase there were no ratings. It worked for a day or two. Since then the bugs have returned and so has my regularly scheduled post control. I wish I had saved my money.

I got this on a really good deal and they work wonders. The third setting makes your ears ring so I wouldn't suggest turning that on if your in the house. I usually get sugar ants a lot and havent seen a single one since I plugged one in my kitchen. Best thing I ever bought.

This product seems to work great just know if you put it in the high setting you may hurt your own ears because hear a bad loud pitch of sound. I keep it low or on medium if I will not be outside or near it.

Crap. Have way more bugs now since plugged in. Not happy.

Better results using harmful chemicals at least the bugs will be dead & doesn't power. Save your money for another method

It seems the only one that worked. I bought several different ones and this one is the only one that made a difference.
