Woo Hoo! I got my new pan! I was a little wary. The sharp edges had me thinking the cake would stick to the pan but with my Pillsbury Baking Spray, the release was a breeze. Another fabulous pan from Nordic Ware.

Beautiful looking, heavier than I expected. I can't know how it will hold up, but this feels like it is built to last. Far more substantial than any bakery pan I own. Cake popped out with a generic store brand butter + flour spray. And the cream cheese layer sank and cooked against the ridged bottom of my test--which can cause burning. It didn't. My test cake was not a full recipe so it may look a little short. But the pan is nice and deep. Cleaning is a bit annoying due to all the ridges. A good sprayer with finer streams helped get little bits out of the 30 corners. I had to go with a soft brush to all the outer ridges, kind of individually. I didn't try it in the dishwasher--caused I couldn't remember if that was recommended.

Next time I'll wrap it with Wilton strips or four-layers of foil only the sides to see if it can reduce bundt cakes tendency to dome.

The Man Bundt!

Not to place gender roles on a Bundt pan but I affectionately call this the Man bundt! I like it's clean edges and lack of "frilliness" that is generally associated with Bundt cake designs. I used it to make a lemon poppy seed cake and it turned out beautifully! Can't wait to use it again! Super easy to clean and the baking turned out perfectly! Would highly recommend!

Quality, Heavy, Beautiful Pan

As with all of the Nordic pans that I own, this is quality, and I love it! Cake removal works well (no broken cakes). Heavy pan. Cooks evenly. Because this is a 10cup pan, I use the leftover batter for an additional loaf cake Cleaning is not as easy as some of the other pans (narrow/tight spaces), but I still love it.
