Just chop kabob components like they’re about to be skewered, but instead of impaling them on a stick, just place them in the baskets. The good and the bad.

I was extremely excited to try these out because I cook kabobs all summer. It's not unusual to have 30 kabob sticks to rotate onto the grill. That takes a lot of time filling those kabob sticks. The first thing I did was slather them in cooking oil so my food wouldn't stick. After that I wrapped all of the wooden handles with tinfoil. I bought 6 sets of these and used every one of them. I loved loading them up, so easy...except every single one popped open either before going to the grill or while grilling. When they popped open before grilling, I made sure none of them were overloaded. Sadly, they popped open anyway. Next time I use them I'm going to use twist ties to keep them closed. The food mostly came right out of the baskets due to heavy greasing, I just had a few steak pieces stick. I hand washed each basket after we ate and that was really time consuming. Plain old kabob sticks can go directly into my dishwasher. I will use these again but I don't think I would gift them to anyone since I think they are a bit too high maintenance. I will say that the kabobs were yummy and that my hubby gets bonus points for dealing with all the popping open of the baskets and not ending up with half the food on the bottom on the grill.

Gave these to a novice griller and he loves them. He keeps finding new foods to fill them with (little red sweet peppers stuffed with cheese sticks and then wrapped in bacon, shrimp, bite size fruit and veggie bits...he has discovered so many uses, I am going to buy a set for us too!

I bought these as a gift for my husband. We grill 4-5 times per week. These have held up well and are easy to clean. Very happy with purchase. I wish the handle was a little longer.

These work really great for cooking but are not closed on the back side so you have to be a little careful also they do not come clean in dishwasher the non-stick coating is not very good

These make k-bobs so much easier on the grill! Super easy to clean! Only down size is the length - so storage is a little tricky-
