I actually purchased this for my Grandfather who has dementia. Through out my childhood he told me the story of meeting my Grandmother in Germany during the war and them going on a date in the Black Forest only to be lost and led back out by a family of fireflys. He told this story using my glow worm in the dark of their bedroom when I'd sleepover as a child. I got him this tiny version to him to carry in his pocket.

Well worth whatever money anyone would have demanded!! Perfect mix of nostalgia PLUS my love/obsession with miniature things AND a snuggle toy for my baby sugar gliders... and it lights up! So it checks all the boxes of beauty and wonderfulness and all things this world needs.

My 34 year old son had one of these glow warms when he was 3 years old, he slept with it for years, if I had purched stock in everready batteries back then I would be set for life.

This little glo warm is more a collectors item, not a toy for small children.

This is cute, but it doesn't actually light up. It says it lights up, but it doesn't. Tried to check the battery, but the battery is not removable.

This was my daughter's favorite toy as a child and I was really looking forward to giving it to her for Christmas but it doesnt work and there is no way to replace a battery. I asked for assistance and received no reply. Sad.
