This is a genuine OEM replacement remote for the Serta Motion Signature Base. As of 2019 the manufacture replaced the old skinny remotes that required 3V batteries with these new models shown with all the same functionality and 2 extra presets. We also still have a few new original gen versions remaining but you must see our other ad (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07WST3H27/ref=cm_sw_r_tw_dp_U_x_U.hzDbKQ05795). Please look at the first picture to match your old remote. If your buttons are remote is not exactly like this then it will not work. I can look up a serial number for a bed if you have lost your old remote and can't remember what it looks like. Call or email me!
