This pan makes the most wonderful Bundt cake. The way it is shaped allows whatever glaze you make to pool slightly on the sides so it doesn't all run down to the bottom. I imagine it would be very lovely to put raspberries, cherries or other fruit in the grooves as well. Like all Nordic Ware pans it is very well made and has some weight to it and was easy to clean. I used bakers joy spray and it slid right out of the pan.

Easy to use and easy to clean

I baked a pumpkin cream cheese filled cake in this to try it out I don't have any experience baking in pans like these and the cake pan worked perfect. Easy to prep with butter and none of the cake stuck to it and it was really easy to clean it after baking. I'm definitely keeping this one

BUY THIS PAN NOW!!!! You will not be disappointed! I haven't had any issues with sticking. I just generously spray it with Baker's Joy non stick spray, and all of my cakes come out with no problems!

Ordered this to make a tasty Bundt cake with icing. The little dips in the pan make the icing that much more great on a cake! Sturdy enough, and a little hard to hand wash but overall a great product!
