The Wii Remote has only a few buttons making it easy to use. It also contains a speaker, a rumble feature, and an external connector for other input devices like the Nunchuk controller and the Classic Controller.

I purchased this product for my daughter, I was skeptical about purchasing refurbished merchandise. Done that! Did that!..it did not work at All.. not from Amazon-though. So, tried it again, the Wii arrived in a professional package.-That made me happy. :) However, a few things did not work. I contacted the seller as instructed with the nice "Thank-you" note inside the box. I explain what was happing with the hand held remote and sensor. She sent out the replacements within1-day without requesting that I send the defected items first. That was outstanding Customer Service. I am pleased to say the Wii system works like a NEW Product. I recommend purchasing from this Seller. Keep Up the Good Work Ethic and providing Quality Products.

Ordered a Wii certified refurbished. Played Mario not even a week and now it keeps shutting off. It will not stay on. Very disappointing.

Kids came home from college and tried to use their old Wii and it wasn't working. Saw this Amazon Certified Refurbished Wii and decided why not give it a try. I like that it's backed by Amaon. Ordered it, came very quickly, hooked it up, came with all the cables and controllers but I ordered the HDMI adapter instead. Turned it on and started playing. We did reformat it to its original settings to start fresh. Have it about a month now, works great, kids will be home next month and are looking forward to playing all their old games again

I bought this for my daughter for Christmas -I don't play video games. We turned it on fine, after a bit of difficulty-got the remotes to work...but the console does not read any of the discs. We tried these discs on my mothers wii with no issues...

So I bought a lemon. Too late to return it for a refund.

I hate being too poor to afford the new stuff.

I have a wii already that my nephew likes to play with, but his mom and step dad don't have one at home. So I got this one for them and their other two kids. It came on time and works great! My only complaint is the remote that came with it. The directional buttons need a little more pressing than I'm used to. Also the moter on the inside of the remote feels a bit off and vibrates a little too hard. But, it didn't have battery acid and that's a plus! My nephew and his step siblings are going to love it. (I just need more remotes for it or the kids are going to fight over the one.)

No this order didnt meet my expectations...actually my sons christmas was ruined.....everything came besides the power cord....we cant use it with out power....normally i dont have problems with amazon but this was a huge blunder
....i had to place an order now to get a cord cause i cant get it at a local gaming store

Got this refurbished system to use as a way for some older folks to get some activity. After some hiccups, turned out a controller was faulty. The customer service was excellent and they went out of their way to make It right.

Replacement for one that quit working. Still a great product. Found out that it was a power block failure. Should not have kept plugged in continuously. For me, this console is better than anything else nintendo has come out with.

I purchased console assuming I could plug and play. Well, come to find out, I cannot update my console to play games because there is some sort of software modification blocking everything which in the end doesnt not allow me to play games I have also purchased.

Be very cautious when purchasing this console. I would suggest not purchasing this console without knowing who the previous owner was.
