This tray works as it describes. I was expecting it to be bulkier but it's a great simple tray. I look forward to using it as I am terrible at planning meals and I keep all my meat in the freezer

I have been using this thawing board for a month, and it makes me feel very satisfied.

I did a small test. I put two ice cubes on the table and the thawing plate at the same time. As you can see in the video, the ice cube on the thawing plate melted quickly, and the other one on the table melted hardly. This is amazing. The heat exchange rate of the thawing plate is very fast. I even wondered why I can't use it as the cooling base of my old laptop.

Defrosted chicken faster

Defrosted my chicken faster than usual but not speedy. My biggest problem was that as that as the chicken defrosted it made a wet mess all over my counter. When I use it again I would make sure to put it in a pan first and then put the chicken on.

Works just as well as you leaving meat out on a regular plate. And you CANNOT put it in the dishwasher. Crap!
