3 Steps:

1)Get off the old earpads from the headphones and use alcohol to remove old adhesive completely.
2)Peel the stickers on the adhesives, and then stick the dustproof nets in your earphones.
3)Put the new ear cushions in place and press along the small hooks to get them to "grab" onto the border of your headphone.
