Okay, so I tried this out on two vehicles (both black) and it left slight mineral deposits on one but not the other. I guess some clearcoats are Better than others. If you're going to use it on cars I would recommend using it on the glass only.

One thing I love about amazon is u can find anything on here. I tried 2 different online bird poop recipes but neither looked as real as this stuff. Excellent product Easy to use, thank u.

Regular water from tap creates water spots on your car (rain water or distilled water wouldn't). This is due to the minerals in the water. Mixing this with water will most certainly have the same effect. Therefore the ad copy should not be trusted as a "non-staining" or damaging product. Put this on someone's car and you're nuts.
