Note - if you victim has anger problems, don't leave a bowl of lamb chili near them when you prank them, or else it will end up on the floor and ruin your friend Becky's sweatershirt her grandma got her for her birthday the night before, and end up spending the night outside a Chili's parking lot explaining why you are sorry.

Just ordered two of these. I sent one to myself so I could see just how difficult these things are to open. Sent another to a friend across the country with a nice little "Hope you're doing well!" gift note. Absolutely perfect gag gift. Every shell is closed (and can be opened with a hammer if your friend is very devoted). A+ idea, A+ execution. Worth every penny.

I keep them at my house on the coffee table so I look like a good host. I bring my guests some cold water, or maybe wine, and then I watch them struggle for hours to find even a single pistachio to eat.

After giving this to a co-worker, they politely pointed out that there's a warning on the tin that says "Nuts with closed shells are not for consumption". Did I just kill my co-worker?

One of the nuts was open! And my dad ate it! And then he said he'd just open the rest of them with a hammer tomorrow and then said thank you! He was so grateful! It was so lame! 0/10 would not prank again.
