I do like these as an alternative to toothpaste in the tube. The flavor is definitely a solid combination of baking soda (salty) and sweetener, but I expected that after reading the ingredients list. The small bottles are great for travel. I do, however, prefer a toothpaste with fluoride in it. I will look for a brand of toothpaste tablets that include fluoride; however, if Bite makes fluoride an option in their tablets, I will certainly consider buying them again.

I got these little guys off of the website and absolutely LOVE them. I know they're no longer on amazon because they want to make sure no plastic tape or packaging is used and that makes me love them even more.

Here's the run-down on the rest

Effectiveness:

My teeth have never felt cleaner and I had a great report back from my dentist / dental hygienist.

Flavor:

The mint is not overpowering, which I love. Commercial toothpaste tastes like chemicals. My newest bottle is even mintier and so I asked, and they're always improving on this.

Packaging:

It looks beautiful on my counter, and I have to say I LOVE that this is truly zero waste. ZERO plastic is used.

Ingredients:

These ingredients are great, especially for an all natural toothpaste. There is no fluoride, but my dentist recommended I use a fluoride mouthwash occasionally to supplement this.

Overall - I'm in love with these little bits, I love this companies mission, and I can't wait to see what they do next!

I love the concept! Couldn't wait to try them! The package came, the teenagers and I raced to brush our teeth and it was ....... bad.

I don't know what we expected, but it sure wasn't that!!! The consistency is like a sweet tart. Super dry and chalky. I bought 2 duos so we'll be using them! Hopefully it was just a bad first impression and I can update the review later!

Not particularly minty either. Flavor was strange

I never thought I needed to reconsider my toothpaste, but really love Bites mission to make the world plastic-free. I used the Mint Charcoal and loved it - just the right amount of mintiness and foam. I actually forgot them at a friends house and had to use my back up regular tube of toothpaste and found myself feeling less clean and fresh than I do with my Bits. Easy to travel with...totally recommend!

I ordered these off their website and love them. Was hesitant because of the cost, but they taste great and love the ease of use (and that they're vegan!).
