Overall I really like this phone. I was worried because of all the reviews saying their box was opened already, or they got the international version instead, overheating, etc.

I've had no problems with this phone, I got the US version. No overheating. I did order directly from Amazon and not third party, so that is what I'd reccomend to ensure you're getting what you pay for; I've previously had an unlocked s8 that I've also ordered from Amazon and had no problems with that either.

The only slight complaint I have is the fingerprint scanner. I give it 3 stars only because it doesn't unlock the phone instantly like it did with my s8, and you can't see exactly where to put your finger. But that's not a big deal to me personally, just a heads up if you're going to purchase.

Scratched in the 1st month

Is this really gorila glass 6 ? . I had an s9. It never got 1 scratch . This new is less than a month old and already has 3 scratchs. I am like what happened ? Can anyone explain to me how this happened

Otherwise the phone is incredible the best samsung yet. But really really disappointed that this gorilla glass did not prevent the scratches.... I also put it in my pocket some keys maybe with it but it should not scratch it the gorilla glass was good

Item arrived on time and it was a great gift to my wife on her Birthday. She used to have S8 and switching to S10 was easy. Tested the product to be original US version. I will update the review after a couple months of use.

I looked at the Q&A section and saw this was supposed to be metro pcs compatible. Bought the phone and tried to have it connected only to find out it wasn't. They said it wasn't CDMA. Was the wrong S10 sent to me? I really want the phone but need it to work
