Tough solid small gear box

While the case itself is nice and sturdy, the size would definitely benefit from being a bit larger. Its a great case for storing misc. small items, knick-knacks and snacks but not so much for storing gear like boots/compact rifles/hunting gear in which I intended. Compared in the pics I have a YETI 45 and a Rambler Half gallon for comparison.

Exactly what you would expect from YETI. Super high build quality and over engineered. Not really needed for everyone but if you want a serious, ridiculously durable, waterproof and dust proof box... then this is one of the best options out there. I use it to keep all my electronics safe and organized on a daily basis, and use it for food, kitchenware, electronics and lighting when camping. Great seat when closed as well.

I got this for my BBQ gear. I fit all our my rubs/spices, latex gloves, heat gloves, probes, jet boil, cutting board, wipes. I am thrilled with the box!

I don't usually write reviews. However, this is worth it.
4 years ago I was diagnosed with Sleep Apnea. Sleeping with a c-pap has changed my life.

As a Scout Master for the BSA, I am on monthly campouts. Camping with a c-pap machine can be a pain.

I first found the GoalZero Yeti 400. With the humidifier removed, I could run the c-pap for an entire week at summer camp. (Monday-Saturday)

I was also able to charge my phone and run a small GoalZero Light-A-Life in my tent on the same battery. Granted the battery was pretty much dead by Saturday. But it survived 5 nights. The challenge is the GoalZero battery Yeti 400 is essentially a rechargeable car battery built into a case that provides you with outlets, USB ports, etc. This means 1. The battery is heavy, 2. The battery is awkward to lug around and 3. The battery needs to be protected from dust, water, etc.

I had been using a small Rubbermaid Action Packer. However, the Action Packer is made from thin plastic that dents and tears if dropped. It can also smash under pressure and is not easily tied down. The action packer offers some level of dust protection. However, it is not dust or waterproof by any means.

Then I found the YETI LoadOut GoBox 30. You would have thought YETI Coolers created this box with the GoalZero Yeti 400 battery in mind.

Fits perfect. There is even room for my c-pap machine, tubes and mask, and all small essential gear I like to keep handy (headlamp, multi-tool, compass, etc.)

If it were $100 cheaper... I'd have purchased 3 of them to replace the other two small Rubbermaid Action Packers I have set-up as a camp kitchen and camp tool box.

Locking handles do not secure

Too difficult to close the case. Went with Pelican and these cases are much easier and secure than Yeti case.

I am a YETI fan and was excited to see this come out. However, in the end, it's just not big enough to haul in any normal gear and what is a gear box without a handle?
