Cute figure, disappointing quality control

The item was perfectly secured in an undamaged shipping box. Amazon left it in a secure location. I opened it to find the item's box, itself, torn and worn in multiple places. Figure inside appears fine but for a collector, it was a huge bummer to open it and see a worn, torn up box. Half the fun of this item is the quote on the side of the box and the fact that the pony comes packed upside down, so the plan was to display it inside the box... which I now cannot do without the hassle of an exchange because it looks so awful. SO frustrated. :-( :-(

The box arrived dammaged, broken.

I' m a Little pony collector, and was very sad to see that. I'd like to keep it in it box, but like that it has no more value.

The corner of the box for this one was dinged a bit, but no big deal. I only care about what's IN the box. Everything about the pony is absolutely perfect.
