My wife found one of these in a store and got it for our white elephant gift exchange. I liked it so much I had to get one for me! Lots of scenes from the movie, I loved the connect the dots to spell "Ho Ho Ho now I have a machine gun" on the shirt of Karl's dead brother. That kind of smart alec humor is right up my alley! I love this. My friend who ended up with it started coloring at the party!

I bought this to go in a Die Hard gift basket for a fanatic in the family. I was really "blown away" (HA!) at the quality of the book and the tongue-in-cheek way the author celebrates this great film. Get the little kids up to speed on Die Hard while they're young, this movie is always a holiday favorite.

The pages here are drawn in a simple comic style, so don't expect intricate details or realism. The fact that they are bold and easy to color means adults and kids can all get involved in the fun. Some of these pages would be interesting to fill in, frame, and display. Begin with John McClane and his teddy at the airport and enjoy action all the way to the last page.

The best part of the book might be the puzzles and activity pages. Make sure you check out the back of the book for some humorous "puzzle solutions" from the author. Here's what you get:
1. Help John McLane navigate a maze of broken glass
2. Link the detonator to the C4
3. Connect the bulletholes to reveal a secret message
4. Match a pair of sneakers for John's hurting feet
5. Fill-in-the-blank to replace curse words with dialogue that can air on network TV

I got this for my Mother who is a huge fan of Die Hard, and enjoys coloring. This was as expected. Bigger and thicker than I thought, which was a pleasant surprise.

My son loved it! Christmas woulnt be Christmas with out this movie in our house! I'm a mom..who got used to this tradition! So these made great fun gifts for stockings!! Great job! He laughed, and loved it!

I bought this for a white elephant party and kept it for myself. It was a magical Christmas Eve with my children tucked in bed, snuggling my husband on the couch, watching die hard and coloring in this sweet sweet book.
