This book is not your average cookbook! Lots of wonderful info for anyone wanting not just to "make" homemade icecream, but to also experience it as a work of culinary art! Great tips using wholesome ingredients. Recipes like Salted Caramel Ice Cream on Brownies, Mascarpone-Hazelnut Gelato, and Orange-Cardamom Ice Cream. Also, topping ideas like Balsamic Strawberries and creative mix-in ideas like leftover pie or peanut butter & jelly saltines! Great gift idea for your foodie friends!

This book has very relevant recipes, however they are nothing special.

I checked out 10 ice cream making books from the library and read them.

This book offers all of the standard recipes without any of the flair that other books have.

Don't get me wrong, the recipes in here are great, there is just nothing unique about them, nothing that make these recipes specific to the author.
