Perfect little mini-bundt cakes for breakfast treats or dessert

This pan is the normal Nordic Wars quality product. No problem with sticking or cleaning. I spray the pan with Baker's Joy which sprays flour with the shortning. It gets in all the little crevices that are normally difficult to coat.

Have made five different recipes using this pan. Three of the recipes contained fruit, blueberries, peaches and lingonberries, and apples. None stuck to the pan! Nordic Ware really has perfected the 'non-stick' pan. Just follow the instructions and out pop six little mini bundt cakes.

I have been able to refill the pans without cleaning just allowing a brief cooling period before refilling the next batch. I have since ordered another pan since my recipes make a dozen mini-bundts plus a 10 inch bundt, I normally double the amount of fruit that my recipe calls for.

This pan gives you great looking desserts or fruit breads.

I've looked at a ton of bakeware and I'm glad I settled on these. Nordic makes the best, solid, long lasting bundt pans! I didn't want to be stuck with one design so I decided to get these, broken into three designs. Size is great for one person so it was perfect when I made desserts for the holidays. I love that I can do a variety of stuff - you can do plain (because they're great looking already!) or you can decorate the sh*t out of it. This is my first Nordic Ware and it's definitely making me want to have more. LOVE IT!

I love this mini bundt pan

Absolutely love these mini bundt pans. I used mine recently for a friend's birthday celebration and they turned out perfect. The individual cakes are generous in size and they came out of the pan easily. I use the Wilton bake spray (no flour) and have not been disappointed with the results.

The pan itself is very heavy so make sure to allow an extra couple of minutes to have your cakes cooked through. I use the temperature/time setting recommended for coated pans on cake mixes. My favorite cake mix to use in these is the Duff cake mixes. At the end of the cooking time I always test every cake with a toothpick just in case they need an extra minute or two.

Allow the cakes to cool for about 10 minutes before removing them from the tin. They should come out perfectly. I like to decorate my mini bundts with ganache and occasionally with sprinkles added as the ganache is cooling and before it sets.

I wash my tin while it's still warm in warm soapy water paying attention to all the nooks and crevices and rinse it well with hot running water. I let it dry in the oven once it's turned off.

Im only giving 3 stars because I find these pans hard to clean. You MUST let them soak in hot water and invest in a small brush. But other than that, the cakes come out cute.

Nordic Ware pans rarely disappoint and this one is no exception. You get a nice assortment of shapes with this pan. My cakes released perfectly and baked evenly. Cleanup was not difficult; I did hand wash in hot soapy water. I don't know about whether they would hold up in a dishwasher as I never put my pans in there after having ruined the looks of a nice Wilton pan once doing that.

These are so stinking cute. They make lovely little desserts, though I'll say they're definitely more than one serving if you're being responsible. I use some baking spray and they come out perfectly. So far I've done regular cake (light and airy) and pound cake (very dense) and both fair just fine. I've even added fruit, which usually leads to some sticky sides and I was unsure about all the little crevasses, but it turned out perfectly! It's so easy to be impressive with this little pan :)

I had one of these before but a slightly different material and the finish was wearing off in places. This is perfect. I have used it at least 4 times since I got it and it cleans up great, just follow their directions.

A bakers delight! I love using these for tea and or snacks for the family. So pretty and non stick works well as long as you coat with a baking spray. i make my own and apply with a brush and nothing sticks.

These cute little mini bunt pans are super heavy and easy to clean. Yes, a bunt pan that was easy to clean, a miracle. I think it's because of the heavy aluminum that the cakes cooked evenly, which made them easy to clean. I checked my cakes and they cooked quicker in these pans, so keep an eye on your baking. Took about 7 mins off normal cooking time in a thin pan.

I'd never used a fancy mini-bundt pan before I ordered this one. I bought this pan solely for a gingerbread recipe I have. I have since used it for 4 or 5 other recipes and have never had any problems with it. It's very heavy duty, solid and extremely well made. I usually use a little Baker's Joy spray (oil with flour) to ensure the cakes don't stick. I forgot once while making gingerbread (a notoriously sticky dish) and the gingerbread came right out of the pan like a charm. They wash in the dishwasher beautifully.

Bottom line:

works well, cakes come out beautiful, easy to wash and well constructed. . . No negative aspects that I have found yet.

I would buy it again!
