All I can say is save your money.. One statement in the description says it all..
"Great gag gift"! That's about as good as it gets..
"Each knife is held securely by magnets in individual protective sheathes" Total false statement.. No magnetics at all in the holder to hold knives in place.. .. The description says the knives are made of stainless steel.. They are the lightest stainless steel I've ever held in my hands.. I honestly thought these things were made of aluminum when I first looked close at them.. Maybe there is a magnet in the holder.. Maybe the knives are not magnetic??

Greatest housewarming gift ever.

I gave the knife set to a friend for a housewarming gift and it was a hugh hit. They said it was the best of the best. The knives are very sharp and high quality and the rotating knife block with the red-man was a riot. It has gotten daily use since i gave it and continues to be the "best gift we got".

I recently purchased the throwzini for a gag gift for my brother. It arrived quickly and when I first opened the box I was very pleased. I plan on getting one for myself. The knives are good not great but I got what I wanted for a great price. Yes, I will be using them and each time I do use them I can guarantee there will be a smile on my face. Great and fun thing to have. Something you won't find on everyone's kitchen counter!

For me I like itmes with a personality of it's own. When you look at something it has more than what you see; Knife Set with on a Butcher Block, o.k. fine. But his knife set with the mounted figure in the middle of the block with the knife placement, and it spins; it's wonderful and marvelous will give lots to talk about in my kitchen. Along being an colorful addition to my kitchen will accentuate my new portable Butcher Block Counter with red stand. Look out Martha Stewart!

we received this as a wedding gift-- very cool concept but quality is mediocre. first the "man" on our set had red touch up paint on its body that didn't match its original red color. second, after one wash in dishwasher, there is rust on the knife.

Not worth it for just the novelty of this item.

I LOVE my Throwzini! Not only are the knives themselves a joy to use, but the design is so refreshingly funny and entertaining. It really spins so you can actually play with it, making it a functional kitchen tool AND a really cool toy! I smile or chuckle each and every time I look at it, so I figure it's undoubtedly good for my emotional health as well!! So there ya go-my five star (I'd give more if I could...) recommendation for the Throwzini Knife Block Set-one of the best purchases I have ever made. I swear, I'm smilin' just thinkin' about it!

I love this item! The Throwzini is the coolest item for the kitchen!

The Throwzini is a beautiful piece of art and well made. The knife bock spins! What fun! The set is made of wood with stainless steel rods. The stainless knives totally exceeded my expectation!

I highly recommend the Throwzini knife set. The set adds to the kitchen and becomes a fun conversation piece. Everyone that walks into my kitchen comments on the Throwzini.

I bought this as a gift for a friends birthday and it was the hit of the party. Everyone wanted to play with and wanted to know where to get one. Everytime I talk with my friend who recieved the Throwzini it is the first thing he brings up. He loves to tell me the reactions he has received from having the knives on display at his house.

I received my Throwzini Knife set last week and I absolutely love it. This is without a doubt the best item that my wife and I have ever purchased on line. Not only is the quailty fantastic, but the items looks great in our kitchen. I highly recommend this item to everyone!
