fun once difficulties of inflation are over

looks fun, and once completely inflated does well! Just not as large as hoped (purchased for bachelorette trip- so for adult woman). Where the pretzel "twists" the creases in the plastic make it VERY difficult to inflate. we had to push the air through my squeezing the pretzel, at first we thought it was a default but soon realized it was just a poorly constructed air way. once completely full is great, just a hassle to get there!

Couldn't inflate =out of breath mama

This was ridiculous..I mean how do you mess up a float toy right ?? Well I'll tell you I was at the pool with 5 kids wanting to play with this thing and as I'm trying to blow it up only 1 of the tubes will inflate the seems where they all connected were sealed off !! No air could get through ..well if you have ever tried to put a float toy back in its original box you know that wasn't going to happen so needless to say it wasn't working and wasn't getting sent back ..all in all I will not be ordering float toys online again

Ich liebe mein schwimmbretzel!

I thought this pretzel was the perfect lake float for me and my love of German culture. It worked out so well. It was comfortable to lay on- back or belly (I'm 5'6"), or sit on the edge or float lower in the water. My nieces and nephews loved popping up through one of the holes to say hi. It was a little hard inflating/deflating because the air has to go into separate chambers for the parts of the pretzel. Overall I'm very happy with it and it caught some attention for its uniqueness.

Popped after a month but enough of a favorite that I bought it again.

Popped after a month but enough of a favorite that I bought it again. I bought this for the novelty factor. It immediately became the most popular float in the pool because multiple children could use it at the same time, each child hanging out in a "hole." Unfortunately the material is flimsy in comparison to other large floats and could not handle the wear and tear of use by mutiple children. The float lasted a month before busting a hole.

I had no intention of purchasing this poor-quality product again...BUT... after a week of kids' nonstop bickering over whose turn it was to use the remaining floats (we usually invite friends to swim with us and each kids usually wants connection with some kind of float), I broke down and bought this pretzel again. Peace once more! Three kids can play together in harmony. $12 was a reasonable price to pay to end the squabbling, even it only lasts until the end of this season.

I Do Not recommend trying to blow up yourself
by Amazon Customer (4 out of 5 stars)

We just received ours. We inflated it using a manual air pump; it was a little tiring but it did not take long. I Do Not recommend trying to blow up yourself, it would not only take time but it would be exhausting. The float is large; however, the loops were not as thick as I hoped. It doesn't seem like it will be a good float; although it looks fun. 3 small people could fit through the loops. My daughter (95lbs) and myself (120lbs small chest/waist) were able to fit. We will try it out at her pool party next week...

Not worth it
by Jamie (2 out of 5 stars)

This thing seriously isn't worth it. I saw the low price for such a large floaty and bought it but when my cousins and I went to blow it up we got literally so annoyed I took forever. Its such a pain in the butt you have to squeeze the plastic around to let the air pass through for every single one of the sections of the pretzel, there are 5. We finally got it full of air but then over night it deflated slightly and air kept getting released throughout us using it. Deflating it was even worse probably th worst experience with a darn floaty ive ever had i wanted to slice it open because I'm definitely never blowing it up again and I dont have a machine to do it either. It makes for cute pictures and its fun that you can fit 3 people but it really isnt worth it just find a better designed and better quality one

Did not hold up
by Sally (2 out of 5 stars)
July 31, 2019

Adorable BUT, three small sized middle school girls each floated in one of the three-sections of the pretzel. They were not horsing around, simply floating around in their backyard pool and before long it was losing air. There apparently was a small enough hole that made it difficult to detect and be able to fix with the repair kit. The girls were disappointed but not as disappointed as this grandmother who bought an obviously defective object that ended up being very expensive for the minutes of use they were able to enjoy it.

Lots of fun! It took a beating with three 10 year old boys climbing and jumping with it, and it's held up. It's BIG, which is was I wanted:). You definitely won't want to blow it up by mouth

Split at the Seams...
by Beck B. (3 out of 5 stars)
August 12, 2017

This pretzel split at the seam after about 6 weeks of use. We buy inflatables for our pool every year and most of them last at least two seasons. I was disappointed this barely made it through the first weeks of summer. When it is inflated, its fun for kids. Its not something you'd lay on and float in the pool, but fun for kids to hang on to in the deep end. There isn't a way to contact the manufacturer, so I guess another one bites the dust.

inflating this float is NOT enjoyable
by Nancy pants (4 out of 5 stars)
July 13, 2017

I love the look and size of this float but blowing it up as a tremendous pain. The seams between the chambers only have a very very small passage to allow the air to fill up the next portion. Blowing it up required a lot of squeezing and pushing the air around to inflate the next part. I nearly sent it back because i thought it was a manufacturing error. Once it's blown up it's great though!
