As a South African, cannot get enough of this Cadac. The wok has always been my favorite. And the fact that it works with American propane gas bottles is fantastic!

I buy off Amazon constantly and am never disappointed, until now. I purchased this last year and took it to my lake home at the end of the season, and shame on me I didn't open it. I went this weekend with my propane tank ready to assemble it and cook up a storm. I opened the box and noted some of the covers had rips in them from the 5 puncture holes in the bag. That was not the bad part. I started to assemble it and the first thing the directions say is that the gauge and hose are included. THEY ARE NOT in the box, any of the bags, nowhere to be found! Well so much for trying out this otherwise fantastic looking grill. Now I want to know, can I get these pieces somewhere? I'm dying to try this grill, it's well made and looks awesome. I can even deal with some rips in the covers....but I need the hose and gauge! I still gave it a 3 star rating because the construction looks fantastic, each plate has it's own carry bag and I bet it cooks good too, if I could try it!

Nice BBQ

This is a really cool BBQ. Just hard to clean. I use it for camping, so I just have to throw all the parts in a plastic trash bag to take home to clean. I usually primitive camp. So not a lot of water around. Sherry:)

Great portable grill

This is a great portable grill with many features. From grilling to stir-fry or even fried eggs. Plenty of grilling room. I purchased an adapter so that I could connect the small propane bottles for day drips. I can opt to take whatever accessories I need each time and the bags make it easy to handle. I have not found any problems so far.

I'd put a video with me cooking a fantastic meal in this, but it is dark, rainy and windy right now. Not that 'barby' as my CADAC BBQ has been baptized could not handle that, but I can't right now.

However the cooking I have done with it so far, the skottel, the grill and the griddle have all been excellent. One little request: instructions on how to clean the different surfaces.

I got the Cadac 8910-50 Carri Chef 2 Grill and absolutely love it. We have had all kinds of gas grills in the past including Weber gas and charcoal, but find the Cadac to be perfect for so many things that were far more challenging and had questionable outcomes on our other grills.

The size is perfect for cooking for two people or up to 8 people. The various cooking surfaces and options are the best. All of our other grills did some things well, but not others. With the grill and griddle it is easier to cook a variety of foods that we would otherwise not attempt to cook on the grill. We are planning on ordering the other cooking options and expect to be using our grill even more often.

I personally love the non-stick grill surface and the ease of cleaning up afterwards. But the best feature is the fact that it cooks evenly over the entire surface and doesn't flare up unlike all of my other gas grills.

The Cadac Carri Chef is the best tailgate and camping BBQ ! It is so versatile, we even use it at home. Assemble/disassemble is quick and easy. Used the pot stand to steam mussels and then switched to the bbq grid for hamburgers & hot dogs. Heat distribution was even all around the grid. Ideal for Surf and Turf. No mess clean up makes for a perfect day with family and friends. Bon Appetit!
