Amazing Deck

I am going to answer most of your questions that you may have.
1. Box

If you look at the picture model, you see that the front of the box has borders. What you will receiving will not have borders. ( Picture 1 )
2. Cards

The cards are , in fact, marked. It will have the number and then the suit. ( AS = Ace of Spades, Pictures 2&3 )
3. The Four Extra Cards

The four cards are: Intro to the series 1800, two Jokers, and one Queen of Hearts Blue Back. ( Yes, you will have two Queen of Spades, one Blue Back and one Red Back. Pictures 4&5 )

BEST Markings ever! Only for those that know!
by Loa (5 out of 5 stars)

This is a seriously awesome Marked deck! So great that I bought extras of each blue and red. So if these ever go off sale here at Amazon and Ellusion stops printing them. Gimme a call. I will hook ya up.

As far as the cards go. They handle freakin amazing. Right out of the box they spread, and shuffle as though mechanically inclined to do so. When I picked up this deck I gained a +18 to my card handling abilities. Ok, not really. But they still handle like a dream.

The Marks on this deck are by far the BEST marks I have ever seen. They are so well hidden from the spectator it's not even funny. Yet once you know where they are and LEARN what they look like it is a breeze to read them. I have quite a few tricks using marked cards and love to use these old faded, burned, wetted, 1800 bicycle cards.
The Markings are easy to read and their level of trickery (hidden so darn well!) help to have the confidence that the "Mark" won't see the "Marks".

If I ever get a chance to use these to play poker against ISIS or any of its supporters I will cheat and take all there money using these cards. And no, I will not give it back to them, because frankly, I do not support terrorism.

Bonus: there is a reverse color back (blue) queen in the deck. It's a card for doing color change tricks and is an EXTRA card! So to the person that complained that it was the "wrong card" ha! Look through your deck. Hmmmm, that might be to hard for ya......

Fantastic Deck, not only are the cards have a good slide to them but they are beautiful.

Really enjoyed the EXTRA Blue Queen of Hearts.

Just so all the people who only gave 1 star and complained they didn't get a full deck.

Look at your deck again, you got a full deck:
52 red cards
1 extra for magic tricks of a BLUE Queen of Hearts
2 jokers
1 advertising card

I just bought 2 more decks.

WTF? $10 For a Beautifully Aged, Marked, Bicycle Deck?
by Curtis Foster (5 out of 5 stars)
December 21, 2017

Just a GORGEOUS, artificially aged deck. VERY authentic looking. The marks on the backs of the cards are invisible unless you know the secret.

Ellusionist.com really knows how to make quality card decks.

I'm going to buy another deck and some roughing fluid and make an Invisible Deck with that one..

YouTube David Blaine doing the Invisible Deck and watch him absolutely floor a spectator and leave him speechless.

Thanks Ellusionist.com.

Answers to your questions

There is a lot of confusion about this product so I figured I would write a review and straighten some things out. The vintage 18 hundreds used to be made unmarked however all of the ones made by Ellusionist are marked including these. It comes with two queen of hearts one red one blue. The marking system is very simple and blatantly obvious once you know how to see it. It simply inscribed inside the empty heart that is normally filled in an unmarked deck. The cards pictured here are the king of clubs and an unmarked card

I love these cards

I love these cards! It's like playing with cards my grandparents had. They have this cool antique look to them, and the larger size (compared to poker cards) is okay by me. I just love them. My wife thought they smelled funny when we first opened the pack, but a couple days later the ink smell had dissipated and everything's cool. Just love 'em. History in the making!

Super marked deck, plus aging - first generation version - no longer made - with Gaff card
by Phil (5 out of 5 stars)

These are USPCC rider back decks commissioned by Ellusionist. Great deck, it's new of course, but it really looks grungy. Great for story telling about how you got this old deck. You can't really tell it's new by the look but of course it feels new. The deck I received has the first generation markings, so yes this is a marked deck. The distress marks are not part of the marking system and the distress marks on the back are very similar so people won't think it's marked, while the distress marks on the front are much different If you don't want the marked version there is another page for the regular unmarked deck. I don't believe these first generation marked decks are made any more by Ellusionist. The second generation markings are in a different location and perhaps easier to read. This version is a bit difficult to read because of the age marks on the deck and the size of the marks so that is a good thing if you don't want a spectator to notice and bad if you are trying to get a quick glance. The first generation version on this deck is in the right location for viewing when fanning the deck. If you are not sure if your deck is marked, read the guarantee card. This red backed deck also came with a blue backed card for deck change tricks. Hope this helps.

Great Markings
by Amazon Customer (4 out of 5 stars)

So I really like and dislike this deck for a couple of reasons. For one, the design of the worn deck is an impressive way to hide the markings. It's a reader deck so it's simple to tell which cars is which from the back. It's also well hidden so it would be difficult for spectators to catch that the deck is marked. The markings blend in well which is a big plus.

The only thing I don't like about them is that they look dirtier and more worn out than I thought. It's almost an unprofessional look because it looks so gross. It doesn't seem like a well used deck as much as it looks like a well abused deck. If you can get past that though it seems like a nice deck

I found these and love them. Used two decks for Texas Hold em ...

Really hard to find. I had to pick up 3 for sure. MY wife threw me a Fallout B-day party for the big 30. She wanted me to find beat up used cards. I found these and love them. Used two decks for Texas Hold em and the winning pot was the third deck. They were loved by all.

Now they are marked and a 1 Queen card back face is blue instead of red. But you shouldn't worry unless you have a hardcore cheater that will actually study the cards lol.

Worth Every Cent!! Great look
by Stephen F. (5 out of 5 stars)

These are awesome. I use them for magic tricks, I have one about an old gambler and how he would only need one card when he played poker to have a flush or royal flush depending on the audience...... when you tell the tale and how you got his special deck but the "one" card that the spectator picks at random shows up in the hand it blows them away. Here are these old cards and one "new" one makes the trick that much more surprising at the end. They handle well and can be used for anything that you want to make special.
