This really works! You can listen to music in your pillow without disturbing your partner. I've had it on full blast and my husband didn't hear it. Of course, full blast is not loud, but quite audible. The pillow is very comfortable and you don't feel the speaker. I've been using it for sleep programming and running it all night for about a month. I use either an Ipod or my MP3 player and both work great. It won't work for brainwave entrainment or subliminals because you really need the headphones for that to be effective. However if you like the music and want to listen to that without the added benefits, that works fine. I love this pillow!

Every Modern Day Eleven Year Old's Dream!

My eleven year old daughter (being of this technology driven era) is thrilled with this pillow! She was wearing her itouch ear buds to bed and it was rather uncomfortable with those things in her ears all night. She would complain about sore ears in the morning.

Now, she's all smiles! The pillow is big, soft and works as advertised. She says the sound quality is "awesome!" A good purchase.

I am a very satisfied Amazon customer. I purchase items pretty regularly from them and I have never had a problem. Items arrive well packaged, as advertised and usually on time.

A Christmas gift that I'm stuck with

I thought this would be great since I had picked up some cheap, no-name brand sound pillows at Big Lots much cheaper for my nephews (which ended up working flawlessly, by the way). When I found this, I purchased it for my teenage son. It came with no cable to hook it up to his iphone. And, it only works if you hold the cord up in the air. Kind of pointless when you're sleeping. I'd like to return it, since he JUST got it for christmas, but I guess Amazon doesn't recognize the holidays and allows for returns in these circumstances.

Okay, so I ordered this product for my girlfriend for Valentine's Day. She loves to listen to music when she sleeps, but her roommate doesn't like to listen to anything when she sleeps. So I ordered this pillow for her and when I got it in the mail, I was carrying this huge box across campus, and when I opened it, I found that they had accidentally sent me SIX! pillows. INSANE. So i checked my bill statement and found that they only charged me for one. Before I opened the box, I had told another friend that I was buying this product for my girlfriend for Valentine's Day, so he did the same for his girlfriend. They only sent him one. Still not a total loss. The product does exactly what it says it does, it sounds great and you when she lays next to me with it on, I cannot hear her music. It's a great product and because the company sent me five extra, I'll give them five stars for this product; although had they not sent me six, I still would give five stars regardless. Buy this pillow!

I ordered this pillow with the speakers inside for my friend Mary. She is 86 and we are swimming buddies. Her previous pillow broke and she likes to listen to books on tape in her bed at night. It helps her to fall asleep. Her previous pillow was small and it was a circle format with the speakers in the middle. This pillow is full sized and she can hear the speakers on any part of the pillow. She liked it so much she had me order a second one for her. It is an excellent product. Thanks, Barbara

This pillow is way too cool to be true. Just pull it out the box and plug in your iPod. Easy to control volume based on your surroundings. So much better than clunky headphones or speakers if you just want to relax and listen to tunes. I bought two pillows and will look to give more in the future as gifts. Genius!

I was happy to hear about this pillow speaker from Amazon. It's very comfortable but unfortunately I found it so very low volume that it is totally useless to me. Perhaps I don't have enough sonar ability. Yes, I know it doesn't have an amp but I've tried it with a radio, my ipad and MP3 player.

This is a great product. I use it daily and thoroughly enjoy it. The sound quality is excellent and I would highly recommend it and encourage you to try it. Give a listen to the Ellery Listen Sound Asleep pillow with the builtin speaker. Its well worth the $19.95 you'll spend.

This pillow is great! I wish I would have thought of this idea myself! Mine works just fine. I hope the pillow stays nice and fluffy...time will tell. It would be nice if the pillow had a pocket-pouch to put the mp3 player in. Maybe they will add that in the future. But, for now I'm happy with it!
