Cool Your Wine to the Best Temperature
The ideal temperature range when serving white wines should be between 45 and 50 degrees F, and between 55 and 65 degrees F for reds. The Wine Chill Drops will have your wine at this cooled state of perfection in a matter of minutes with these simple steps.
- Place the Wine Chill Drop in the freezer at least three hours prior to use
- When ready, place the Wine Chill Drop into an empty glass
- Open the bottle of wine and pour into the glass over the Wine Chill Drop
- Chill ninety seconds for most red wines and eight minutes for most white wines
- Remove the Wine Chill Drop from the glass and place in the holder
Care and Cleaning Recommendations
Place the Chill Drop in the holder after use to protect your table and countertop surfaces. Once you have enjoyed your perfectly chilled wine, simply clean the Wine Chill Drop by hand with mild soap and water. The holder may be cleaned in the dishwasher. To ensure your Chill Drop is ready for your next glass of wine, store the Drop and holder in the freezer.

These actually work! I keep one in the freezer and when I want a glass of wine, all it takes is a few minutes with this dandy little doohickey - and it's so easy to bring both whites and reds to the right temperature for enjoying. Plus, there is something very pleasing about the design and feel of this chiller - it's just fun to use.
One very simple idea that works so very well!
P.S. Remember to place the chiller in your glass first - as the directions state - otherwise, you may overflow if you do wine first, then put in the thing-a-ma-jig.

These are perfect! I bought these for myself but just bought 2 more for Christmas gifts. I drink red wine and really like to have it a little chilled. I bought a small wine fridge but sent it back as it was just to big to put anywhere, as I have a small kitchen. I come across these and they are GREAT! Just throw them in the freezer and it takes about 2 minutes max to chill my room temperature wine. They are also a great conversation piece as well.

I use these during facial treatments- for a cooling massage- and my clients love it, especially after stimulating treatments. I have noticed that the price went up considerably since Esthetician's got wind of this awesome alternatives to glass ice globes. Regardless, it works for what I purchased them for.

Ok, I admit that I just got them and have only used twice. What a bummer! Seemed like a great idea and logically should work well. But after following directions, my glass of white wine only got a tiny bit cooler after the recommended 8 minutes. Not what I had hoped for. They are cute, look great, but bigger than expected. I can live with that. They worked better as cold compresses for my puffy eyes than wine chillers.

My friends have had the higher priced version of these for years, and I loved them. I bought this brand, and they work just as well. Keep them in the freezer all the time and use them to keep my glass of white wine cold.

These things are a life saver! I love my Chardonnay and Pinot Gris more on the cold side so I can make it colder and not have to wait too long! Anyways, I will be gifting these to friends for Christmas!

I purchased this for my friend who is a white wine lover. Adding ice cubes just dilutes wine, so we needed something else. The stones sold also on Amazon work just as good, but taking them out when you are ready to drink is an inconvenience.
Tip: when you are done using chill drops, be sure to rinse it with water and wipe thoroughly as even the minimal amount of water will freeze as soon as you put it back into the freezer.
