Greetings from Mount St. Helen's!

If you want to have an idea on how hot these peanuts are, let me tell you a story.

When I got these in the mail, my first thought was, "They're just peanuts, and there's no warning label, so they can't be THAT hot." I was dead wrong. The can was sealed, and once I peeled the metal seal off, I was greeted by a LOT of peanuts, covered in dark red powder, some having 50% more than others, so I grabbed the one with the most amount (because I'm naive that way). I took a whiff of the inside of the can, but I mostly smelled the peanuts which led me to believe that my belief of the peanuts not being that hot stayed adamant. Shrugging it off, I popped the peanut in and started chewing. Instantaneously, my tongue and throat was on fire, I felt my face turning red, my nose started getting runny, and I hardly began to sweat...and this was just ONE PEANUT. As I waited for the burn to cool down, I was sitting there, feeling as if I just got done kissing a fire-breathing dragon looking for sacrifice on top of Mount St. Helen's. The wrath of these peanuts were not over, however.

Love the extreme heat, but I hated the aftermath, which ended up being rancid farts. It was as if the stomach acid in my stomach fused with the powder to create sulfur (because that's LITERALLY what it smelled like: Sulfur). This does not compute well while you're releasing gas bombs in the shower or while you're in a cooler. I can still remember the horrified look on the person's face, standing behind me while I was at work on the job, looking at me as if she was just hit with Tear Gas. Wasn't sure if I should feel bad for her or for my stomach, but I actually found it incredibly funny. I eventually got used to the heat, and I can tolerate these peanuts enough to eat more than just 5. These peanuts, overall, are awesome, and I know it's immature to think farts are funny, but the look on that person's face was just too funny to not laugh.

It's Fiery Death.
by Eric Bear (4 out of 5 stars)

First off hello. This is far to be the best review I will maybe ever do. So I like heat right I would consider myself a spicy food enthusiast. I have had some pretty unpleasant times the Butt end of the food train to be exact. I love the flavor of it all. I took about 5 nuts thinking you know won't be too bad. I was fine. Spicy sure but nothing bad, a good long burn. I kept going and thought man this is good.Well golly a hand full won't hurt right. Ouch it started to sting, and a good one too. It got on my beard and started to burn my skin. Yeah SKIN. After that I thought all was well, well yes and no. See I love spice but the Belly isn't always on the same page so I sat down 15 minutes pass and my belly just wasn't having it. I was engorged.

I started into a spiral of self hate and doubt. Oh doubt and doubt I did.I doubted that I would make it.. make it with out needing a sip of that ever so refreshing milk that was calling my ever to tender and bright lips. My belly called for soothing relief, "TUMS could you be the answer"?, I asked myself. No at last I just got gassy and bloated. So to PEPTOI went inquiring as to my gas issue. "PEPTO oh PEPTO can you soothe me form this wretched feeling"? So wait I shall, to see if the demon heat takes my butt with it's fiery death. Wish me luck.

2 or 3 isnt bad. But a handful
by K. Jones (5 out of 5 stars)

I ate a handful of these, well really a miniature mountain, while talking trash about how I can handle hot stuff. 2 or 3 isnt bad. But a handful? These actually have a great taste then BAM! right in the kisser. 2 hours later I felt like a nuclear blast went off in my duodenum. Another hour passed and I had nuclear blast Hershey Squirts. I was at work. I had to have coworkers cover for me. There was sweat. There was pain. There was regret. Then a week later the can was finished. Moderation is key my friends.

I needed to dilute them with more normal peanuts.

I like Paqui's Haunted Ghost Pepper chips (1-3 at a time, a great self-limiting snack), and decided to try these.

Straight up, these peanuts are too hot for me. But these can be diluted with more peanuts. I've been getting the big canisters of normal dry roasted peanuts and mixing in some of these "Da Bomb" peanuts... and that gives me a very spicy mix that I can eat a few handfuls of, Looks like one can of these is good for spicing up 5 canisters of peanuts, for me.

Recommended.

Like French kissing Dhalsim while unleashing the yoga flame

It's hot, really hot, but not like insanely hot so you can't eat it. Well, I say that, my wife wouldn't eat one, normal people won't eat them. But if you're looking at this product you're probably a fan of extra spicy food.

They are tasty though, not just super hot, they are tasty. I buy these nuts all the time for snacking on. They are super hot sure, but they have smoky, chili like taste which I personally love. The fact they are so spicy means you don't end up stuffing your face too so it's like a weight loss food almost.

Wash hands thoroughly after use though, especially if you intend to engage in any bedroom shenanigans.

Amazing, already bought 2 can and will buy more. They don't smell spicy at all but they are, great for tricking people. everyone I've shared them with loved them.

Made them into chocolate bars with melted chocolate and it was fantastic. Also worked great baking them into chocolate chip cookies.

I love jalapenos. I've never really tried anything hotter than that. When I say I love them, I get the big big big jar when I hit Sam's. So I do like spicy food.

These bad boys are HOT!

I love them. They have a great flavor followed by some pretty intense heat. It takes me about an hour and lots of ice in my drink to get through a full serving size.

For folks who like truly hot food, these are fun.

SO addictive!!!!

I am in love with these!!! They are the BEST hot product I have tried.

I had my Spouse try half of ONE nut and he chewed it up, and started coughing and swearing in 15 seconds. He was not amused as much as I was.

I however spent 4 hours finishing a jigsaw puzzle and ate more than a handful of these little jewels one at a time. I could NOT stop--and at 9 pm had Spouse take them away lest I damage my internal system.

They have an awesome back of the tongue heat that lingers.

My plan is to hoard these for the next time I have a cold and congestion. Seriously. My eyes and nose were hemorrhaging every drop of moisture I had every consumed. It was SO worth it! These are much more enjoyable than decongestants and a Neti pot!!!!

HOWEVER--do NOT wipe your nose or eyes while eating these. THAT was not a good idea--because then your nose will burn like the flames of Hades are slowly climbing into your face. Again--SO worth it!

I adore these, I will be sharing these with others and enjoying their reactions :) I had ZERO GI upset, during or after.

If you are like me and adore spicy foods--GET THESE! :)

as it says DA BOMB..... My 13 year old turned me onto this and for 25 bucks I was kinda hesitant, but what the hell. As soon as it came in the door we cracked it open and tried 1 and yes just 1 nut was hot for the kids 15 year old, 13 year old and last one girl 9 year old. they all tried it and after some time started enjoying it. if you like spice in your life as we do its work it to get it and share it with the ones you love and maybe the ones you might not love. we like the youtube show hot ones with Sean and as we are not ever going to be invited on the show as we are common folks we wanted to see what HOT was. yes its hot and very enjoyable. oh its call first we feast. We definitely love it and for the summer pool parties will get more for our pool party friends to see what they can handle or not handle.

Hurt-you Heat
by Dana (5 out of 5 stars)

I'm one of those guys who whines when he buys retail food claiming to be "FIERY HOT" only to be disappointed later that I have found nothing hotter than hot Cheetos. Well, this can of peanuts exceeds my expectations of "Fiery Hot." They're caked in flames. Edible for me? Yes. I don't have a problem with habanero-anything. This is the real-deal ghost pepper fire. I probably will not eat straight out of the can any more. Instead, I will mix them in with Hot & Spicy Chex Mix. Wash your hands well after eating these peanuts and DO NOT prank people with them (unless they're ally overdue for some nasty paybacks for previous offenses). You could lose friends if you prank with these. 5 stars for being legit heat I can eat. Mix them into other foods for best enjoyment.

Absolutely delicious!

They're not scary hot but they definitely will make you sweat. I eat a ton of super spicy foods, I love scotch bonnets and habaneros and have been known to eat a lot in my foods so these were absolutely satisfying and delicious to me! I wanted a midnight snack so I tried them (with chopsticks) one by one.. I started to feel hot after a few. By 12 I had a lot of saliva in my mouth and a sweat on my nose and forehead. My body feels toasty and my snack craving is gone. It's convinient how hot it is so you don't overeat because the flavor is sooooo amazing! I bet it's be great on dishes and salads! Yum! I'll definitely buy again! They should do other nuts too!
