Totally huggable

I got this as a gift for myself after seeing (and hugging) one in the store. He has always been one of my favorite characters.

As for the price, I am not sure he is really worth $100 but due to the Star Wars hype right now, it doesn't surprise me. I thought long and hard about justifying paying that much for a stuffed animal but this is the exception to the frugal rule. Plus, I used some Amazon gift cards I had been saving up so I really didn't have to pay anything in the end. Merry Early Christmas to Me. He is Wonderful!, So cuddly and huggable and the sounds he makes sound authentic without the added danger of having a real wookie rip off your arm. ha-ha. It is a little hard to find the spot to press to make the sound but at least there are not any accidental outbursts out of him which might be a little scary and would use up battery too fast. I am not sure yet if I can replace his battery at some point but there is an access to the battery and it looks like a screwdriver would be needed and some patience but I doubt I will need to worry about that for quite awhile. The sound wasn't the selling point for me anyway. His cuddle factor is what I appreciate the most.

He is a just a little bit too big to sleep with in my arms because my arm falls asleep if I have it around his big head/neck for too long but he is still awesome to cuddle with or just to give a hug when I need it. Just his presence around the house makes me smile after a hard day at work.

He is soft yet durable and I could see a child getting a lot of enjoyment out of him as well as an "inner child" like mine. I Love Him!

Husbands new best friend!

I got this for my husband for his birthday in January, the price was much better on here then it was at Target! He is a huge Star Wars fan and when he saw this he about cried in the middle of the grocery store when I told him no way, we have a baby on the way! Hopefully our littler girl will grow up loving this as much as my big baby of a husband does! He is very soft and plush, the cat does not enjoy this as much as the rest of us but she puts up with it. He is worth it!

It is gigantic! Even being aware of the size in the product description, it hits you when you see the box LOL. I love it, only con is that it sheds a lot, I don't plan on brushing it. I can tell it is extremely well made, the volume on his sounds are not loud, just enough. I received it at work and people all over the office have selfies with it. Awesome gift :)

I got this for a someone. For a little kid. He loved it. It was a big surprise for his birthday. It so huge! Great for anyone who like star wars! He talks! But ya know. Chewie only growels.

As an adult, I love this. Eventually my kids will have it. Minor complaints: Chewie's eyes are not blue and the mouth is just plain weird (coming from my cousin).

Love chewy!!!!!!!!!! I've had my eye on him for so long!!!!!!!! He is the best child ever!!!!! Get many compliments on him. Definitely worth the price. His size is just amazing!!! I do find his wooki noises a bit off but I can live with it.
