I am in LOVE with this decal! I have never put anything on my MacBook and I am super happy to finally have the perfect decor gracing its cover. Two words of advice:
1) Instead of applying the decal in 1 application....cut the 3 pieces out (Tree, boy, apple) and apply separately. Also, you may want to apply the apple with your computer on so that you can see the light thru your apple decal and can make sure you are applying right on top. Then add the tree, then add the boy. Works great!
2) Contact the Seller once you purchase and tell him/her the size of your computer (13, 15, 17) - the seller responds quickly and you will get a product that matches up correctly to your size of computer (I see some people had some problems with the decal size - the seller says they send 13 if none is specified).

On top of that - the SHIPPING IS FAST!!!

Dont hesitate - order! (Actually don't order....I want this awesomeness unique to me..hehe)

Recently got this in the mail and put it on my MacBook Pro today. And I must say that my husband and I were both VERY impressed. I was a little concerned if the green and red would look good on the grey macbook pro case but I was very PLEASED to have found that it was cuter than I imagined. The quality is also excellent.

The product itself arrived pretty quickly and when I had to contact the seller about some shipping info. they were amiable.

The only thing I might like to have happened differently is that there was no tracking info. Not a big deal but I do like to see this to follow a package I'm excited about getting.

Awesome bargain! Highly recommend it!

I bought this item as I used to read the book, The Giving Tree, to my daughter many times when she was young. Applying this decal is no problem at all and I did not have any problem with bubbles under the decal. The instructions are sparse and DON'T tell you this decal is actually three decals. Had I known this, application would have been much easier. Essentially one decal is the tree, another is the red apple, and the third is the boy. Once I figured this out, I cut the adhesive base into three pieces and applied them individually. This gave me a great deal of flexibility as to where I wanted them on the surface of my Macbook. It made applying the apple very easy and I was able to align it spot on. This company has a nice assortment of decals and they do a good job of shipping your purchase quickly. I'd have given this item 5 stars if the written directions had been better.

After reading a review from another customer who got the wrong size decal, I was wary. I ordered it anyway, messaging them to confirm bigger size, and after two messages, they finally got back to me, saying they had sent the bigger (15.4") size. However, it doesn't look 15.4", it looks like the 13". Though they put a little sticker on packaging saying 15.", it's obviously too small. Even though it's colored, it doesn't have the red apple, like shown in the picture. It shipped from China, maybe they have different standards over there? I wasn't impressed.

This is a cute decal, well worth the $4 paid for it (including s/h). I did send a email to the seller asking for the 15" macbook pro size decal. I assume that is what I received. However, the full size of the tree fits is 8 inches tall and the macbook lid is 9.5 inches tall, so it does seem a bit too small. Other than that, I think it is quite nice. Note- follow directions enclosed! There is a clear "application tape" on the top of the decal that is meant to be peeled off after applying the decal. I think those who thought it seemed more like a "sticker" might have failed to peel off the top layer.

I have a black laptop case cover and the colors pop out just as well as it appears on the silver/uncased version. Although my computer is a little bigger than the one pictured and the tree does not meet the border of the case, it still looks fabulous. The product was very easy to apply and center with the Apple logo. I love the sticker and will order more in the future. My kids recognize it from their favorite book and whenever we are at the library, coffee shop or at airports, adults and little kids see it, point and smile. It's good to know that Shel Silverstein's work has touched so many generations.

Perfect decal

I can't rave about this enough. I got this about 3 years ago in college to give my laptop some personality. Random people in the campus library would come up to me and compliment me on it. I continue to get compliments, it looks great, the colors are vivid, it fits perfectly, and it's held up well with not even the hint of peeling up after three years of wear and tear. I'm getting a new laptop soon so I'll be sure to order another one! Two thumbs way up!

This decal was so cute, and looked exactly like what it looked like in the picture. It was really easy to put on (although I did rip one or two of the little hairs off of the boys head becasue I wasn't careful enough). Make sure that you really really wet the decal before pulling off the backing!

The only problem was that I wanted to put the decal on the back of my iphone, which has a smooth surface rather than the textured surface of the ipad and computer. Since the phone was in and out of my bag, the decal came off within a matter of days; but I think if I was more careful with it, or had put it on the textured surface it would have stayed better.

I opted to use it without the red apple (I think it looks better that way) and it is adorable. I am a big fan of Shel Silverstein and The Giving Tree was my favorite book by him.

In the picture, I believe it is on a 13" laptop, so there is a bit more room around it than it shows on a 15" but that doesn't make it any less cute.

It is nice and thick and well made, too.

Just received in the mail and it looks great! The colors are vibrant and make the decal even more realistic. It came with application directions and arrived quickly.

When you order, immediately email the seller with the order number and size request. I received a reply the next day and the decal 2 days later in the correct size.

Would look great as a decal on a child's bedroom wall also.
