This Is The Best !by Joseph Putra (5 out of 5 stars)

This is one of the Best Items I've bought in a long time. The burgers are BIG but so what! Spray the insides with pam first and make sure the meat is nice and cold before you start, it makes it easier to form. Give the top a good couple turns when you're making the bowl and when you complete the burger, it keeps the burger together better. I put mine on waxpaper in the freezer to harden up a bit, then put them in sandwich bags and labled them. I had four pounds of meat when I started and made 8 very nice burgers! The Jalapeno, mushroom, swiss and bacon is my favorite! One more important thing, make sure you slow cook it! It's worth the wait! Plus you can have more beers while you're grilling! Joe P.

Too big

It was a great idea but my husband hates that it is soo big. It took too long to cook. I however enjoyed the option of putting ketchup and cheese inside my burger, plus I like my burger more rare. But I do like a bunch of smaller burgers vs one big one. I'm on the fence about this product.

These are great for summer BBQ's. More so because everyone is excited to try them. The only down fall is they are HUGE and you need to purchase a lot of ground beef. We have stuffed our with jalapenos and cheese, grilled chopped veggies, and chilli. They are amazing.
Simply the best..

Everyone thinks I'm a burger master when I present these at a party!. I've owned mine for two years and have lost count how many times I've used this bad boy.
I cook some bacon and put it in, then cover it with cheese..
You should also buy a Slider Press for the left over meat, that way nothing is wasted.
Burger goodness!

A friend of mine used one of these to make burgers at a football game we were tailgating at and they were so good! So I purchased this one so my family could taste the goodness. The burger pattys come out super thick so we decided to broil them in the oven instead of waiting for them to grill on the BBQ but they were just as good! You cant beat burgers stuffed with cheese and bacon and whatever else you want!

larger than what i thought
The top hamburger meat is way too big for a standard stove.

The size of the hamburger is not too big for me at all. I can easily down two of these huge burgers with enough room for a good soda wash down.
The only reason why I have to give this otherwise awesome product a mere three stars is because there is no way that I could the hamburger all the way through (being well done) with a standard stove. The bottom meat is small enough but the top half of the meat is way too thick to cook thoroughly through. I personally don't mind my hamburgers pink but I do not want my kids to eat there hamburgers (or any other type of meat) that is pink inside...
I love the idea of this product and I can see that a smaller stuff-a-burger press would more ideal to use and I should have listened to the other reviews here that warned about the hamburger being too big to cook properly.
I would strongly advise anyone and everyone to look for a smaller size of the stuff-a-burger.
Hope your hungry

This does make a pretty good burger and you better be hungry when you take on this burger. I used a pound and a half or ground chuck to make 2 yes 2 burgers. Filled them with cheese took a couple of times to get the hang of sealing them but got it down. I have yet to try them on the grill but have baked them in a 350 oven for 45 to 60 minutes and they have been done each time. only thing I wish it did have was a thicker plate for the bottom so you can make a smaller burger for kids......
Just average

Needs to be more adjustable and needs better seals. The bump that makes the pocket is just snapped into the part that presses the top. This allows stuff to get in to the unit where you can't clean it.
