I didn't get what I wanted and or expected. I expected some compact pieces(with strong magnetism & somewhat sharp hard plastic points) that I could carry around with me. But instead I got these big bulky pieces with no sharp plastic points.

Certainly what is advertised as.

My only gripes are...
1.) The angles of the shuriken are all the same.

They attach at the same angles, so there is no diversity in the way the magnets are seen.

You lose the illusion of having had ninja stars penetrate a surface. When they all have that same angle.
2.) Also there not very good at holding heavier objects. Or even a few papers at once. The magnets are quite weak

I purchased these to see if they could be used for a promotional give-away for a ninja-themed product. They are ok. They look a little too cartooney, but I guess that is ok as I am not looking to fool anyone into thinking real shuriken's have penetrated their metallic surface. The magnets will hold 3 standard weight 8.5x11 sheets of paper but at 4, a slight breeze seems to knock the papers off.

This magnet set is cute and fun, and cracked up the recipient. Mission accomplished! However, the first time I stuck one of the pieces to the fridge, one of the three little magnets fell out. Frustrating to have to repair a product immediately.

Shipping also took an age. Despite paying for expedited shipping and getting a delivery date of December 23rd, I received these magnets on January 7th.

I bought these Ninja Star magnets for my 5 year old son for Christmas. Needless to say we will all enjoy them! The magnets are strong enough to hold at least 8 sheets of paper without sliding down the fridge and they look really cool. I can't wait to see them on the fridge after Christmas. I am sure they will be a conversation piece for visitors. A very clever idea. The sellers "Samurai Market" shot me an email right away confirming my purchase and the package (coming all of the way from Japan) arrived very quickly and in good condition (actually faster than some orders I had already placed in the U.S.). I would totally recommend this product if you are looking for a unique conversation piece or just something fun.

These are ninja throwing stars that are refrigerator magnets.

The idea is apparently to give the illusion that you were standing on top of your refrigerator and decided to dump a box-load of kids drawings, receipts and "to-do" lists all over the floor. However, a ninja appeared out of nowhere and ninja-starred all those papers to your fridge in true assassin fashion (copyright by me right there in case you want to steal "assassin fashion" for your next gay band)... times are tough, bro.

Back to these stars...they're basically strong as hell and are half of a ninja star so it looks like they're stuck in whatever you stuck them to. Cool on the fridge, ESPECIALLY cool on your car, and RIDICULOUSLY cool on your terminator.

Oh, and since they're from Japan (where people are still nice) they send you an e-mail every step of the way until they are shipped, which was really nice and informative. They even sign off with "arigato gozaimos" which from living in Japan for a year I know means "thank you". Also I doubt I spelled that right because I was only there for a year so I learned how to say "Arigato gozaimos" and "roku biiru o kudasai".
...that means "6 beers please" and "thank you". ...what else do you need?

I really do like these, but I thought they would be a little better constructed and larger for the price. They hold on to my fridge well and look good from a distance. Although, if they were larger, they'd look even better. For their size, they should be less expensive, or you should get like 3 more in the set.
