Cube's material is that of a milk jug. The light is not bright as shown and would not work in the environment I wanted. If you plan on using it where there is any source of light this will not be satisfactory. I returned the unit I bought. Very disappointed.

I have had mine for 4 years now. I don't know what the other guy is saying. These are super bright. No they are not going to light up your whole party... however they are awesome. Colors are vivid and bright. Charging them is very fast as they come with their own docking station.

Battery last for at least 8 hours and look great at night. They are sturdy - had plenty of my 250 pounder friends sit on them.
