Good for price, may not last long...

Overall, I like it, but I do have some issues. It is small. I know that is a relative thing but I could only have 3 children under age 8 on it before the sides started to deflate. The weight limit should be posted as less than 200 pounds. And the kiddies can't be maniacs (like mine no matter how much we say be gentle) and crash into the sides or bounce crazy hard as the thing will deflate as well. The material seems thin. I will update this the longer I use the product, but I've owned and used many different bounce houses and this material is thinner and I am interested to see how long it lasts. I would not recommend putting it directly on the ground (use a tarp) as any little rock or pointy stick will poke a hole. It comes with patch material and glue, but it won't work. Again through experience, the glue won't hold (I've used gorilla tape to great success though). That being said, for the price, I gave it 4 stars because you get what you pay for and we pull the bounce house out at every family event and it has held up so far...

Excellent product, well made, good size. My three kids, ages 7, 7, & 3, fit in it well with plenty of room to jump. They loved it. Good size, not too big & not too small. Great vibrant colors! Love this product, so glad I got it. Well worth the money!

Very disappointed

Purchased this after much research and comparing with the Fisher price bounce house. Regretting my decision. This is very small for the bounce area. Collapses with more than 2 small kids in it if they get too close to the sides. Would never purchase again nor would I recommend. Go with the Fisher price, much bigger bounce area and holds more kids!

UPDATE:I've adjusted my rating adding 2 additional stars. This adjust is due to the awesome customer service I recieved.

Set it up up and kept hearing a hissing sound. Found missed stitching holes( difficult to photograph) in the red crayon. After that I continued going around checking it over and noticed a slash in the back towards the bottom. $200 piece of junk!

I bought this for my daughter's first birthday party. While it was a present for her, I really bought it so the older children would have something to do. It was a hit! My niece who is 2 and my neighbor who is 3 played in the bounce house the entire party. Set up is very simple as is take down and it fits nicely into the bag provided. The only drawback is that my 13 year old was a little jealous it was not big enough for him:-).

Just got it in yesterday (10-23-2014) and set it up. Awesome, after you figure out which tube to connect the blower in (the long one). Lots of loose pieces of threads in it, had to clean it up a bit. Overall, great toy for the little ones to enjoy. Let's see how long this inflatable will last.

Better than renting!

I purchase the cloud 9 mini bounce house through Amazon for my daughter's birthday party. I did some research on renting bouncy houses and they can range anywhere from 125 to $200 or even more sometimes, & I thought that was ridiculous. Why would I want to spend that money to rent a bounce house for just a few hours when I could pay a little bit more and buy a bounce house that my daughter will be able to use whenever she wants to for the next few years? overall I think I'm very happy with my purchase, the bounce house exactly what it claimed to be. I definitely will listen to the instructions when it tells you it goes up to 300 pounds with the maximum a child 100 pounds a piece. My grandmother thought that it meant it went up to 300 pounds for anybody, so she decided to climb in and it definitely cannot hold that much weight in one area. Even though she's not that heavy, it can't more hold more than 100 pounds in one area. So when she went to go climbing she kind of fell to the bottom and had to crawl her way out. it was not fun but it was kind of funny. But it works great with just a few young kids, my daughter is 3 and she had three other little kids in there with her. I know it says maximum of 3 but they are less than 50 pounds apiece and it still worked great. I even was able to fit into my garage because it was raining during her birthday and she couldn't have it outside. I really like this about the house and I think the only thing that I do not like about it is that the case that it comes and does not close so you kinda have to prop it up or put it into something so make sure it doesn't fall over and come out of the case I wish I had a better carrying case you think that's the least I can do. Otherwise I think it's a very good purchase and for the next few years my daughter is going to love it at any of it she needs like her birthday etc. Well worth the money.

the weather outside was horrible, and we needed something to distract the kiddos

This was a lifesaver for Thanksgiving...lots of grandkids running around, the weather outside was horrible, and we needed something to distract the kiddos. We set it up in the garage and the kids were happy all day! Great quality, easy put up and take down. Not too big, not too small. Much better choice than the trampoline I was planning to put in the yard. With the weather it'd have been a waste of money.

My bounce house had some mildew on it. We needed for a party that weekend so we kept it anyways. The product itself is great and worth the money!
