The nylon and Velcro strap is adjustable for right and left hands, and at about a half ounce it is easy to use for long periods no juggling a heavy flashlight. Right hand use: 1. unsnap elastic strap, thread through tool light arms (bulb opposite snaps) 2. re-attach middle snap 3. insert thumb into elastic strap loop 4. wrap Velcro wrist strap around wrist 5. adjust for comfort. Left hand use: 1. unsnap elastic strap, thread through tool light arms (bulb opposite snaps) 2. slide elastic strap to the buckle 3. reattach middle snap 4. insert thumb into elastic strap loop 5. wrap Velcro wrist strap around wrist 6. adjust for comfort. Let me begin by saying this technically works (the strap is adjustable, the light is bright and easy-ish to position) but it is a piece of crap. It is that cheap plastic that you feel like you'll break just touching it. The button only works for "on" and "technically still on but turns off when it wants (but never when YOU want)" and "random spastic strobe".

The contacts for the battery obviously do not connect, and even when we took it apart to try to fix it we couldn't make them with any reliability.

Then I couldn't return/exchange it because it's from a 3rd party seller (but I got my money back). Amazon usually vets their products better than this - disappointed.

Handy light great idea BUT the switch on all 3 of ours is just wonky and doesn't respond/work right.

These are the neatest idea I have seen ever, wife and I both do outdoor events that are sometimes too dark to see (bodyart at festivals), this positioned on our wrist/hand makes seeing SO much nicer the problem is with the unit itself, the switch on all 3 of them just feels broken, if you get it on good luck getting it to turn off, they feel disconnected, push off nothing, IF it goes off same problem getting it back on!

We have dealt with it and fiddled with them and just left the unit on because they are very handy but it might be one of those things where we remove the battery after use since the switches just don't seem to work right (we bought 3 and all 3 are exactly the same sadly).

Very Useful Tool for Tight Spots and Small Places

Works really well. Adjusting is simple. The only complaint I have is I wish the light piece was made of metal, rather than plastic. One wrong hit and it'll break off the strap easily. And although the light is fairly bright, I wish it would be a little bit brighter. But it is a very small bulb. But works great for tight spots and electrical work.

I got this for my husband. He used it off and on for the first weekend he got it and it fell apart on him. The strap across the palm came off. He re-stitched the strap and used duct tape to pad the loop on the underside of the palm. He said it words better now. It moves more freely with his hand.

I bought this for my son, who works on computers. He was excited when he saw it, but even more excited when he got to use it. He told me it was just perfect for working on the back area of computer, in such confined spaces. He also said that the light was nice and bright and the wrist strap is quite comfortable.

Purchased this item for my husband and adult gradnsons for repairing hard to see areas in the car or house areas. So far they are very satisfied with them. Fit well on the hand and shine light directly where needed.

Got for myself and 2 brothers-in-law. Really works well in tight places when you can't use a traditional flashlight. Extremely lightweight and comfortable. The only minor thing is figuring how to correctly put the light on the strap. Would definitely recommend getting from Amazon. Same thing as in catalogs it much less on Amazon..

I bit confusing to figure out how to strap it on, but a few minutes studying the pictures provided and it works like a champ. It's no MAGLITE, but it does provide enough illumination when the space is small and ambient light isn't enough.
