They missed the mark with this version, order the other version of this lounger
by A.L (1 out of 5 stars)

Man, I wanted to like this chair, but they missed the mark on just about everything. I have the other Ostrich lounger (the one without stretch fabric for your breasts), and regret not ordering that version again. The arm holes are WAY too small and are situated to high on the chair in relation to where your face is. While the stretchy fabric is great for larger breasts when laying on your stomach, it's obnoxious when I'm laying on my back. It makes me feel like I am lying unevenly because my back is pushing through the stretch fabric. I recommend buying the other Ostrich chair.

Tears easily

Not well constructed. Used 8-10 times over 3 months and it tore in 3 places. Disappointed.

Disappointed not to be able to enjoy the best of both worlds. . .

This chair is a great concept and that's why I ordered it. But it's definitely not made for all types of girls. If I lie for my chest to rest in the stretchy part then my face doesn't reach the cut out and if I scoot up far enough for my face to be in the cut out then my chest is above the stretchy part. So, for me, it turned out to be quite uncomfortable so I gave it to a friend who is taller and it seems to fit her better.

Nice idea but did not work for me.

I ordered this lounger because of the stretchy insert that sounded like a good idea (since I'm a girl) and I thought it would be more comfortable for laying on my stomach. I also loved the idea of being able to read through the face opening.

Unfortunately, this lounger did not live up to my expectations. The double stiching under the stretchy area dug into my ribs and the padding around the face opening pushed through the hole so that then my face went all the way through the opening. So, not comfortable at all, even for the three minutes that I tried it out.

Please also note, that if you return this item, then the seller's policy is to deduct the original shipping costs from your return even though it says free shipping on the sales page. The seller was very courteous in explaining this to me. He says that they inbed the shipping in the price of the item but that their policy is to deduct their shipping and handling costs if the item is returned.

You will also have to pay the return shipping (which for me was just under $15 since I had to use UPS to track the return shipment). So, it will cost you about $25 in total shipping costs to try this product. Obviously, that was a big disappointment for me as that is about a third of the cost of the item. My suggestion to you is to try a different product instead.

Sadly Disappointed

I'm 5'9" female, 150 lbs. The chair is very short for me and my feet hang off the end bar, which is very uncomfortable. Also, I didn't have any problems with the chest piece being uncomfortable (I'm a 34D for reference), but the arm holes were TINY and horribly uncomfortable when I tried to lay on my stomach and put my arms through to read. (I dont even have large arms). Even a towel (for cushioning the arm holes) didn't help much.

Also the head cushion was very uncomfortable.

Really the only thing I liked about it was the strap for easy carry.

I loved the idea of this chair but sadly I wouldn't buy it again.

Not for short women
by afriend (3 out of 5 stars)

I love the concept...But it's definitely not one size fits all, particularly for short women. If my breasts are in the right spot to be comfortable without the seam digging into my ribs, my head would fall through the face hole. Which is huge btw. I KIND OF can make it work if I flip the pillow up and position it to partially cover the face hole and rest my forehead on it. The arm holes are a good idea, but in reality dig into the inner arm (I'm 125 pounds, they aren't exactly huge arms) painfully. I can reach around the outside of the chair if I really stretch, but that's uncomfortable as well with short arms. Disappointing, I was really excited for this to work.

Cheap but a good idea in theory

Purchased for my mom who is a sun bum. She loves the fact that she can lay on her stomach to read but it is not very sturdy for the price.. Seems to be pretty cheap.

I love my chair

I love my chair!! I used it when we went to the beach. When being used I can't even tell that my breast are even in the sling. My mom is a breast cancer survivor and cannot have pressure on her chest. She used it and plans on getting one for herself.

However i would improve 2 things... the holes for your arms need to be cut in just a little more. hurt the top part of my arm and I have small arms. The face rest needs to be somehow in place. Not able to push through the hole. I had to keep repositioning them to fit my face.

But overall would highly recommand this to all my friends!!!

Cheap material and I know the breast area will soon rip as ites pretty flimsy. Face area is extremely uncomfortable and chokes you or gives you a sore chin from resting at opening. Arm area is very small and I got a sore from inside arm/ armpit rubbing. Just got it today and hope I can stop you from wasting money.

Edit: as you can see by the pics, it's already ripped. Haven't had it a whole day. Not worth it!

Meh I wouldn't buy again

After owning this product for 1.5 months I'm feeling like I wasted my money. At first I thought wow this is so cool but once I used it meh it's okay. The material makes you hot very fast as it isn't very breathable it's just canvas. The seam whre the teal part meets the pink canvas is already starting to tear away. I am a small girl so it's not like I'm busting through it. I also don't have children that are bouncing on it. I've used this chair for a weeks worth of vacation and two times laying out at my house. In short don't waste your money. Maybe if this chair was $25 it might be worth it.
