Spoiler alert - they found Steve Rogers in a frozen wasteland. And therefore my son wanted to wear this every day in the fall and winter, somehow I guess he thought like Captain America, the cold wouldn't affect him. Note to parents: this hooded sweatshirt, while looking FANTASTIC (Chris Evans DID play Human Torch too) does not impart an immunity to the elements or any other abilities that typically come from new sneakers. You know, like running faster or jumping higher. Buy this for your son and he will rush outside and immediately save the world. Unless the hood is too big, which means he will likely run face first into the screen door.

Good gift for a young Captain America fan

I got this for my 10-ish (I'm not a very attentive aunt) year old nephew for Christmas and he seems to love it. The color and design are nice and the fabric was surprisingly good for children's clothing. If I were a Captain America fan, I'd probably consider getting one for myself.

The only reason it's not getting five stars is that I thought it was a bit expensive. Again, not a children expert, but I wouldn't expect children's clothing to cost so much considering they'd grow out of it in a couple of years! I've gotten good branded hoodies for myself for a lot less. And though the fabric was nice, the zipper was made of some sort of cheap plastic that didn't seem like it will last very long. I know most of the price went towards Marvel licensing, but still, you'd think they spent some money towards a good zipper.

And as a final note, I was a bit confused about the sizing since I don't have any children and, again, I'm not a very attentive aunt so I have no idea what's the dealio with children's sizes. But I ended up getting getting boy's medium. It fits me (I normally wear women's S or M) so I assume it would fit a 10-ish year old. I think my sister said it was a little big on him but he'll grow into it.

A Good Buy

My grandson loves it and plans to be Captain America for Halloween. It appears very well made and the fit is spot on (he just turned 9) . The only reason I rated it as a 4 instead of 5 is It's a bit thin (not made for warmth). I expect hoodies to be a bit thicker. But

otherwise, the quality is good and the price is right.

Love the quality, but size was (unsurprisingly) small. Ordered for a thin 15 year old, I assumed a small would suffice due to the fact that the only size complaints seemed to be about larges. Should have gotten a medium.

Otherwise, It came EXACTLY as shown in the picture! Impressed with the quality!
