The Positives: (1)The amount of water that comes out of the shower head feels great, i wish i had some more water pressure but i think thats the fault of my shower control not the faucet. (2) The convience of a removable second spray head is what attracted me to this product and once removed is handy. (3) install was super easy and took no more than 5 minutes to remove old fixture and replace with new unit.
The Negatives : (1) To remove the second spray head you have to tilt the handle up while holding the main head in place, and it feels like you might break something. (2) The part of the fixture that allows you to position the head does not seem to have a strong enough lock function which is why you have to hold the unit when removing the second fixture. (3) As others have mentioned it does have a very cheep plastic feel to it. (4)The selector lever for control of the choice of which head to use is behind the large spray head and a bit hard to use if you are shorter.

Over all it does do what it was designed to do, but not as well as I would have liked and i will probably replace with a different one in the near future

Click Button to Turn Water Off & On, Lightweight Plastic But Very Durable

I bought the first one at Lowe's and was a little surprised it was made of lightweight plastic when I took it out of the box. But I love this shower head sooooo much, I just bought another one for my other bathroom on Amazon :) The main reason I bought this one again is because when I'm washing my dogs, I can click the button and the water is still on, but not flowing out. So I don't have to lean down to the faucet and turn it off, then on again. I just have it in the tall tub and click it back on and the water starts again.

My buddy installed the first one and didn't use enough tape, so it leaked from the top. The plumber I hired to fix a bunch of issues in my home fixed it and you could tell right away my buddy never installed it right. You can turn it sideways, take it off and put it back on easily, and I bought an 8 ft shower hose for the one in the bathroom where I was my dogs and swapped it out, although this one is a great length.

If you don't want a heavy steel/metal faucet and you like the feature to turn the water off with the button and it has a pretty good flow rate (I'm in CA where everything is low flow due to the drought) and you don't mind plastic, I highly recommend this faucet. It's not cheap. It's quality and works well.

Cheaper on Amazon than at Lowes/Home Depot

I was in the market for a new shower head w/removable hand held wand. I saw the prices at Home Depot and Loews for a similar Delta faucet and decided to find one on Amazon. This was $20 cheaper online than in the store. I read the total reviews and went for it. So far I'm very satisfied with it. It pulses and you can shut off the water on the wand. The hose is long enough and this works perfectly for giving my dog her baths. It reaches down so I can rinse the shampoo off of her. For the price, I recommend for sure.

Not bad quality for the price. Water flow is consistent but a bit weak when all jets are turned on. There's also a good bit of water loss when switching between modes. I'm not a huge fan of the detachable head hose. By design, the plastic molding does not make for much flexibility, and can be an eyesore. Attaching and detaching of the hand shower is not as clean as I've seen in other models. Switching between modes can also be tricky if putting it in a guest bathroom. There are two switches, one on the detachable headband and another concealed on the main head. I'm used to it after a few uses, but not ideal if you have a guest with a shower preference.

The pros:

Easy to install

Versatility of use in contrast to other options

Good cost given the overall features

This is a good throw in option if you're not too picky. If you want something with a durable and "hotel" quality like feel, spend the extra money and go up a model or two.

Don't waste your money. This is poorly designed. No water pressure from the handheld even when you have only the handheld turned on and the stationary shower head completely turned off. I can only assume the diverter is faulty.

The description states -
"Full body spray delivers consistent pressure from all spray holes

Full spray with massage delivers consistent pressure from outside spray holes, plus soothing, pulsating spray."

My previous shower head is also Delta and is a handheld. Plenty of water pressure there so I know my water pressure is not the issue.

It also leaks water and yes I have tried teflon tape.

The stationary shower head works fine if you like a circular spray of water and nothing in the middle. Makes it a little difficult to make sure all the conditioner is out of my hair. And I wouldn't consider it massaging.

Extension hose issue

Nice looking unit once installed.There is one major flaw in the design that may effect those who have limited space in their showers.The extension hose is not flexible enough to lay back towards the back of the shower rather it loops out in front about 18".This of course reduces the space in which you can stand.I would inquire first before making the decision to buy or not!

Great Shower Head

Quality expected out of a Delta faucet. Seems to be working great and it's great for the pets shower. Mutliple settings and a pause feature make it great to use with the pets. Not much else to say. I would recommend it for anyone wanting it for personal or pet use.

To get the handheld, you have to use 2 hands. So it is not a simple on and off thing like the other ones I have had. Also, if you do not have really good water pressure, don't bother with this one.

Although its plastic, it had functioned very well. It has a very good look to it.

Update: After 6 months the pause button started to fail, once pushed it wouldn't pause the water from the removable shower head. After 1 year, the button is stuck and it has made the removable head useless. I'm trying to find out if it sells separately, or if I can fix it myself, but it seems a bit difficult to dissasemble without breaking it.

It work for 3months then nothing the sprayer the head ......no return on it after 3 mo;. like how many times do you use it ?????
