Very very sharp! This is fantastic for making beautiful creations out of your carrots. I ordered four since it's something I can't find locally and it was super cheap.

A couple of things, its packaged in small zip bags.

I might recommend wrapping them with a bubble cloth/wrap and putting a warning sticker on the outside or inner layer of envelope saying "CAUTION: Contents very sharp." I sliced a finger nail reaching for one (thank goodness it was just my nail).

Carrot has to be a certain size.

Not a bad little food toy for the price. You may need to practice first on couple of carrots to get a hang of it but after that it creates pretty consistent shapes. Mine came from China so takes 2-3 weeks in transit. Dont put it in the dishwasher or something crazy like that.. pretty sure it wont come out the same. And I am pretty sure the blades will start rusting if not properly dried after a wash.

We bought it to make food more presentable for our 4 yr old toddler.

This little gadget is good for making carrot flowers. That's about it. Not a great need if you don't have a ton of drawer space, but I keep it with my holiday stuff in the basement since I don't feel the need to make carrot flowers on a daily basis.

It is totally not big as i expected. I couldn't put my carrot into the holes unless i cut it into the "hole size"..therefore unless u have a tiny carrot to work with, you need a lot works before using this product.. but the peeler on the end is working fine.. so i'm giving it 3 stars...
