Bought this for myself. I am a man. It hurt going in but that may be because i inserted it the wrong way with the clock going in first. Couldn't read the display for faecal matter when it came out. Other than that the trembles caused me to defecate on the sheets so i am planning on returning the item to sender.

It works, it is kind of a novelty. The only thing that is kind of a let down are the controls. They feel poorly made and are already defective. The inner button works fine, but the outer ring requires loads of pressure and patience for it to recognize a push.
