Poor description, quality, and service.

The discription of this product, when I bought it on June 1st, 2013, did not state that these coasters were a cheap plastic that wouldn't last in a hot day.

To make matters worth, zitrades customer service did not respond to me a month later. Did I mention I bought these for someone's birthday? Talk about poor service. But to make matter worst there response denied me a refund asking me to provide a description. Please direct your attention to the sofisticated email that was sent from a representitive of their customer service.

Changes Color to Fast

This thing flashes the color very fast. I was looking for something that fades the colors in and out. Didn't like it at all.
