Just like Jenga, only BETTER!!by CMarz19 (5 out of 5 stars)

This is such a fun game. As a fan of both Tetris, on the Nintendo and GameBoy, and Jenga this was an easy buy. We played at a friend's house one night and couldn't stop. The game is similar to the original Jenga in the sense you must construct a tower of the pieces and remove one piece at a time going around the table. The difference is that since the pieces resemble Tetris pieces, not all the levels will have a 3x3 pad. This can make the construction fun by setting "traps" in the build. It's a fun game and I'm glad we bought this for our house and game nights as well. I would definitely recommend it.
Terrible. Don't Buy this! Cheap plastic that caves in, doesn't work.

This is very poorly made of very thin cheap plastic. I can barely call it plastic as it smashes when you barely touch them. The pieces are SO light weight that if you even try to touch them the stack falls over. Nothing like the real game. Doesn't work at all. We haven't played with it again since the first time we realized it sucked.
Plastic & no wood??

Ok so first of all, the added dimension of non straight blocks add a level of complexity to this game that you can NOT get with the normal Jenga. For the most part it plays like a normal Jenga game which is fantastic... My friends & I played at least 5 rounds giggling like school kids. Fantastic fun. The only issue that I seem to have with this is that it's made from plastic. Hollow, cheap, *sometimes sticky* plastic.
By "sticky" I don't mean like little kid sticky, I mean the blocks sometimes tend to stick to the other blocks. These blocks aren't treated with some type of wax like the wooden blocks are. Also, the weight of the wooden blocks adds a different dimension to that game as opposed to these VERY light plastic ones.
Still, at this price point you can't really ask for too much. A wooden Tetris Jenga option would be amazing. Until then, this will do just fine.
Lots of fun

This is a very clever adaptation of Jenga. The pieces are shaped like the traditional Tetris shapes, so you will often have a layer that is not entirely filled. That's ok. The pieces are most of a hollow plastic than wood, and I'll count that in the improvement column. They are less likely to break or to damage the table than the old wood ones.
I find most of the time we go for the straight pieces, the two or three in a line shapes, but sometimes it's fun to pull out the lightning bolt or letter L and we're becoming more prone to doing so with practice.
Overall, I wouldn't have this as the only Jenga game. Throw and Go would be the first choice for that, since it plays as regular Jenga or as an adaptation depending on what you want to do with it. This is a great second set.

Definitely was not a new item when I received it, but that's okay. I rarely use it.

This is a hard game with all of the weird shaped pieces. Setting up is much more time consuming than the original model of jenga. Definitely more challenging than the original wooden form of the game.
This is a fun game and is much harder than regular Jenga

This is a fun game and is much harder than regular Jenga. You have to take into consideration the level above and below much more when removing a non standard piece. The pieces are much lighter but appear to be pretty durable.
Good game, but this game may not be what you expected!

Pretty fun game, however not what I expected. I would proceed with caution when purchasing this game, because the level of fun per game is subjective to each individual, so I would recommend play it first and then decide if you want to purchase it!

This game was great! The only downside is reassembling the tower every time. Since the pieces are all different shapes, they don't stack easily. It's like rebuilding a puzzle after every game. If you have the patience, it's worth it! OR it can always be the loser's job to reassemble!
