the weighted shirt isn't supposed to be some miracle get-ripped-fast trick, it's meant for people who are looking to add intensity to their existing training routine. of course it's not worth the price if all you're going to do with it is a light workout twice a month, but for value i get out of it, i would probably even have bought it for more.
