This beach blanket is fantastic!! Love the soft feel. It's not the usual microfiber you'd expect, because I usually don't like the feel of most microfiber towels. This one is like butter. It's also thin enough to go in my beach bag along with a similar towel with plenty of room for anything else I need. It has pockets so you can put things in it to weight it down - we used our flip flops. I've talked about this blanket for 3 days now and everyone is tired of hearing how wonderful it is!! I could do a commercial on it - that's how much I love it! Oh and the colors are so vibrant!

This Beach Towel Delivers!

I got this beach towel for my Ft. Lauderdale trip. As long as you make sure you put the sand in the side pockets, this will work for you! Once you are done with the towel, I turned the pockets inside out to get rid of the sand. This towel is HUGE but it is easy to roll and fold. I was worried about the color bleeding when I put it in the washer but it didn't bleed at all. I would recommend this towel for any person that frequents the beach. It was big enough for me and my fiance and we're both plus size.

I honestly had my reservations at how well these would dry me & my family off when I received them right before we went on our beach vacation at Gulf Shores, Alabama (which was beautiful, by the way!!) When I felt them, they are super thin (especially when compared to regular beach towels). I was truly amazed at how wonderful these towels/blankets worked. They are HUGE, easily anchor on the beach by putting a little sand in each corner pocket. Quickly dried us off, even when we were drenched, lol.. Sand shakes right off of them so that you are not dragging sand back in where ever you are staying. They dry incredibly fast. Very durable, I have already washed & dried them several times with no shrinkage & no color fading/running. I did wash them in cold water (as I do most things) so I can only speak for the cold water wash. They are easy to pack & easy to carry in a beach bag / backpack.

I highly recommend these towels/blankets (I purchased 4 of the blanket sized). Mine were purchased through Amazon & the seller was YogaRat, I do not know if they are sold under other companies on Amazon, but I am strictly reviewing this as the product received from the seller YogaRat & highly recommend to purchase this product through them for quality.

I didn't get the smaller beach towel size, I got the larger bath sheet size and they are great! I was skeptical when I first received it as it felt so lightweight, I couldn't imagine it could dry me off very well. But it really does! And better yet, it doesn't really even feel particularly damp after use, so it's comfortable to just wrap around me after drying off until I'm ready to get dressed. I bought more to put in our travel trailer because they are so lightweight, they take up a lot less room in the limited cabinet space in the trailer than traditional bath towels do and they also dry much faster when hung up, which is also a plus at home and in the trailer. They seemed a bit expensive, but probably no more so than a lot of the other ones I looked at, all of which seemed expensive to me! They definitely do deliver on quality!

This blanket would be amazing if it didn't DYE everything I washed with it.... after at least 10 times being washed by itself, I thought it was safe. Completely ruined my daughters and my bathing suits!

Very soft and light weight! I was hoping it would be a little bit bigger but it does fit 2 adults. I washed as the reviews recommended to decrease the chance of transfer with the dye (I purchased the blue/green trim blanket). Though it seemed like there was no transfer on my bathing suit or clothes, I must note that I wore dark colored clothes (dark grey) just in case. Sand came off easy and seemed to dry quickly. My only complaint would be how they picture the pockets with sand in them. The blanket holds a lot better against the wind if the pockets are turned inside out so they hold the sand like a bowl and then tucked under the sand. Seems a little silly but I remember the pockets being turned the other way. I could be wrong though as I do not remember the picture was currently. Great product and I look forward to using again.

Perfect for the beach although you do need to weigh down the sides or use the clips you push into the ground on windy days. Dries fast, sand shakes off easily. Tip: turn the sand pockets inside out to get all the sand out when shaking the blanket. Waterproof - no because it's not designed to be waterproof. Stays cool in the hot sun and allows a bit of heat from the sand through perfect for warming up after a cool dip in the pool or ocean. The kids love it for swim meets because it's a giant version of their Quick Dry towels. You can use it as a lightweight blanket. It won't keep you super warm, but it will block some of the breeze.

I LOVE this thing. I was hesitant about purchasing a $20 blanket, but wow! I live in Florida, less than 7 miles away from 10 different beaches, so I decided to bite the bullet and buy this. I took it out for the first time today, first off, this blanket is very soft. It feels like a microfiber material.. all the other comparable 'blankets' I were finding were reported to have a tarp-like material. Secondly, this thing really does stay down when you fill the little pockets with sand. I took a handful of sand and put it in each pocket and the blanket stayed down for 3 hours in 10 MPH winds. It's a little tricky to do by yourself the first time, but when you get it down, it's a breeze. Third, this thing dries super fast. It soaked all of the water out of my bathing suit, and then fully dried within 20 minutes. When I went to pull it up, almost ALL of the sand came off when I shook it out twice. Not all of it, but most of it. I'm sure if you shake it out more than I did, all of it will come out. This thing is awesome! Well worth the $20 if you're a total beach bum! Thank you!!

Does the job as expected. I've used it several times this beach season and it's the perfect size for two people. I really like the pockets that you can tuck rocks in or something else to keep it in place. It's absorbent enough and dries pretty quickly. It's absorbent too and the colors are nice! It washes and dries well in the machine. I've got several compliments at the beach.

We are using this perfectly-sized blanket often. It covers the living room rug when our little grandchildren come over to play. It is a pleasant-feeling material and a nice background color for activities. Because it is protecting the rug underneath I am free to let the children do more - like eat snacks and even use gluesticks - without any worry. When we are done playing, it can be shaken outside (or out a window) and folded away - ready for the next play day.
