It took me a while to understand the instructions, but once I did, all went well. Easy to use, and hopefully helpful -- have used it only once, but had a wider range of motion following the treatment.

I have to leave it constantly plugged in and charging as it doesnt seem to hold much of a charge but it does work once you get used to it going on and off thru the cycles. I am happy I bought it

You charge it fully and the light tells you it's charged. You unplug it from wall charger and it doesn't work - no juice. The second one of these that does work. Just can't seem to hold a charge.

This is great! It feels so good! Honestly, though, I'm not sure it's making much difference in the problems in my neck, but it sure feels good while I'm using it! Any relief at this point is very welcome! I love the remote control. I love how the massager stays on your neck so easily.
